Official description of the call
The following line of aid at the municipal level is called for the year 2025, in the form of concession under a competitive competition regime: AID FOR THE CREATION AND CONSOLIDATION OF COMPANIES Object of the Call.- The purpose of this Call is the legal regulation through bases, which will govern the aid to be granted by the City Council of Sanlúcar de Barrameda in the current year 2025, to for which a credit of one hundred and fifteen thousand euros (€115,000.00) will be allocated, and on a competitive basis, to the entrepreneurs and companies that carry out their activity in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, for business and professional development, and in particular their creation, consolidation and/or expansion of the activity. Temporal scope.- This Call will apply to all aid applications that are submitted from the date of its entry into force and until August 29, 2025 inclusive. Material scope.- This Call will be applicable to those projects, activities or business and professional actions carried out in Sanlúcar de Barrameda (with the exception of those aid requested under article 4.5 of these rules, which will not be subject to any geographical limitation), and that are carried out by promoters that are micro, small or medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), understood as those companies that have a maximum of 250 workers and have a turnover less than 50 Million Euros or whose annual balance sheet does not exceed 43 million Euros, in accordance with the definition given by Recommendation 2003/361/EC of the commission of May 6, 2003 and the professionals always within one of these assumptions: 4.1 That they are projects, activities or business and professional actions that on the date of the call are not started or started after January 1, 2024 until the end of this call, and open in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, establishments for the exercise of permanent activities of a stable and continuous nature, understood as those that are established in premises in industrial, professional, commercial or service buildings or kiosks installed on public roads in a stable manner, whose activity is carried out in a specific location and directly affected by the activity, and that have authorization to occupy public roads for one year or more, which require responsible declaration for the exercise of the activity, municipal opening license if applicable, or justify not specifying them. 4.2. The transfer of an activity already started, to a new location in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, in the terms established in the previous section, provided that its need is justified and more than two years have passed since the start of said activity by the entrepreneur or self-employed person in its previous location, even if the development of the activity until the date of transfer was not carried out in a specific location (situation in which the two years of seniority in the previous location will not be mandatory). 4.3.- The expansion of companies that already have an establishment, with the opening of new establishments in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, in the terms established in art. 4.1 of these rules, create new jobs whose hours are at least 75% of the maximum legal working day. 4.4.- The consolidation of the companies or professionals outlined in the previous points, which at the date of requesting aid have more than three years of continuous exercise of their activity in the premises in which they carry out their activity and for which they request the subsidy, and have made, prior to the date of submission of the aid, but after the date of completion of the three years of continuous exercise of activity, investments for their consolidation within the following concepts: 4.4.1-Improvement of facilities and infrastructure of the company. 4.4.2-Acquisition of movable property, the concepts of which are eligible for subsidies. 4.5- The promotion of the companies or professionals outlined in the previous points, with their participation in fairs, exhibitions, congresses, contests, contests and events to promote the company's activity, and that at the date of requesting aid have at least two years of continuous exercise of their activity, and that it has been carried out prior to the date of presentation.
