Rey Juan Carlos University RESOLUTION OF THE RECTOR MAGFCO. OF THE REY JUAN CARLOS UNIVERSITY, BY WHICH THE RULES AND THE IV CALL OF THE SOCIAL COUNCIL OF SCHOLARSHIPS ARE APPROVED AND MADE PUBLIC TO COMPLETE DOCTORAL THESIS UNDER THE JOINT REGIME FOR THE 2025/2026 COURSE. BDNS: 845419 Extract from the Resolution of the Rector of the Rey Juan Carlos University, by which the bases and the IV Call of the Social Council for scholarships to carry out doctoral thesis under co-tutorship regime for the 2025/2026 academic year are approved and made public. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the Call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index). First: Beneficiaries To qualify for the following aid, referred to in these regulatory bases, URJC doctoral students must meet the following requirements: General Requirements Be up to date with enrollment in a Doctoral Program at the Rey Juan Carlos University regulated by RD 99/2011 or RD 576/2023 both at the time of applying for the scholarship and during the development of the mobility. Have, at least, a positive annual evaluation by the Academic Committee of the Doctoral Program in which you are enrolled. Be enrolled in a doctoral program at the foreign university where the mobility takes place, in accordance with the co-tutorship agreement. Carry out a six-month stay in person, always in the same foreign center with which there is a co-tutorship agreement and at any time during the 2025/26 academic year. It may be carried out in two non-consecutive periods, with a minimum period of three months each. The international research stay(s) must be carried out outside Spain, in a prestigious higher education institution or research center not located in the doctoral student's country of residence. The doctoral student may not have a contractual relationship with the institution or center of destination. Aid cannot be requested if the doctoral student: Has carried out previous research stays, other than the one requested, in foreign centers that already allow him to opt for co-tutorship. It has been awarded this aid in previous calls. He enjoys help for this specific stay within the framework of his co-tutorship agreement, within one of the calls of the URJC's Own Research Plan. Enjoy other aid that covers the concepts for which the aid in this call is intended. The joint guardianship agreement has not been signed by both parties. Other Requirements With the delivery of the application, the applicant declares, under his/her responsibility: Not to be a debtor for reimbursement of works grants that have been granted. Not be subject to any of the prohibitions contained in article 13 of law 38/2023. Of November 17, General of Subsidies.
