Official description of the call

BDNS (id): 845697 First. Beneficiary entities. Entities that meet, at the end of the application submission period, the following requirements will be eligible for the subsidies regulated in these rules: a) Not for profit. b) Have legal personality. c) Be registered in the legally applicable registry. d) Have headquarters and carry out its activity in the autonomous community of Cantabria. e) Include in its statutes, as the object or purpose of its activity, intervention in the field of disability or dependency care. Second. Object and purpose. The purpose of this Resolution is to call for subsidies, on a competitive basis, aimed at promoting inclusive leisure activities carried out by non-profit entities that have headquarters and carry out their activity in the autonomous community of Cantabria. Inclusive leisure projects aimed at young people between the ages of 12 and 30, inclusive, are considered eligible projects and may be subject to subsidy, as long as they meet the following requirements: a) Activities of a recreational and recreational nature are considered eligible, defined in a project that includes justification, objectives, program of activities, recipients, timing, human resources, material resources and evaluation, which are carried out in fixed or outdoor facilities, with or without an overnight stay. overnight b) The activities, to be eligible, must have the following minimum duration: — In the case of activities with an overnight stay during non-school periods, three consecutive days. — In the case of activities without overnight stays during non-school periods, five consecutive days. — In the case of activities with overnight stays during school periods, two consecutive days. — In the case of activities without overnight stays during school periods, the activity must have a minimum duration of eight days, which may be alternated in time. c) To be eligible, activities without an overnight stay will have a minimum duration of four consecutive hours per day. d) To be eligible, the activities must be inclusive leisure activities, understood as those in which young people with and without recognized dependency participate under equal conditions. The minimum number of occupied places or participation of young people without recognized dependency must be twenty-five percent of the total occupation or participation. e) To be eligible, participants with dependency in the activities must have a recognized degree of dependency I, II or III under the applicable social services regulations. The following projects will not be eligible for subsidies under this order: a) Carnivals, dances, concerts, festivals, local and youth festivals and other festive performances. b) Activities developed by sports clubs, and in general sports practices of any type. Third. Regulatory bases. This call is governed by the provisions of Order ISO/12/2025, of June 16, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to non-profit entities, on a competitive basis, aimed at carrying out inclusive leisure projects for the young population of Cantabria (BOC no. 118, of June 20). Room. Amount. The maximum overall amount of this call is set at fifty thousand euros (€50,000.00), which will be charged to budget item 07.08.232A.486 of the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria for the year 2025. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be twenty business days counted from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of Cantabria. Sixth. Other data. Applications must be submitted in an official form, signed electronically by the legal representative of the applicant entity, accompanied by the documentation established in section 6 of the call regulated in the Resolution of the Minister of Social Inclusion, Youth, Families and Equality of July 14, 2025.
