Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries Private non-profit entities domiciled in Sant Feliu de Buixalleu, which meet the requirements established in base 6 of the specific bases. Second. Object The object of the call is subsidies under a competitive public competition regime, aimed at promoting extracurricular activities, occupation of free time and cultural activities for children. Third. Regulatory bases The specific regulatory bases of this call were approved by agreement of the Municipal Plenary dated May 29, 2025 and published in the BOP of Girona no. 109 dated June 9, 2025. Fourth. Amount The maximum amount allocated to this line of subsidies is €3,000. The expense will be charged to budget application 925.489000. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days from the day following the publication of the corresponding extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province, through the National Subsidies Database (BDNS). Sixth. Documentation to be presented The documentation necessary to request the subsidy will be the following: 1) Subsidy application form, in accordance with ANNEX 1 of the specific bases, which in all cases must include: o Name of the interested association and name and surname of the person who represents it, as well as the address of the place indicated for the purpose of receiving notifications. o Brief description of eligible activities. o Duly broken down budget containing the concept of the proposed activities, their cost, amount and typology and indicating whether another subsidy or aid is received. o Express declaration of being up to date with tax and Social Security obligations and that they do not fall under any of the prohibition cases to obtain subsidies established in article 13 of the General Subsidies Law. o Express declaration that all the requirements are met to be able to enjoy the subsidy Complementary documentation, if applicable (if the documentation is already in the hands of the Administration, it must not be provided): • Photocopy of the DNI/NIE, of the applicant and/or the legal representative. o Photocopy of the Tax Identification Code (CIF) of the requesting entity. • Statutes of the Association or Certificate that certifies the availability of all the permits and authorizations necessary for the execution of the activities. • Relevant insurance policy(s) for carrying out the activities.
