BDNS: In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/index) and in this BOJA. First. Call. 1. Aid for the preparation and execution of the production and marketing plans (hereinafter, PPYC) prepared by the fishing producer organizations recognized within the scope of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia (hereinafter, OPP) corresponding to the 2026 campaign is called, under a non-competitive competition regime, under the protection of the Order of October 9, 2024, which establishes regulatory standards for the Professional Organizations of the sector. of fishing and aquaculture in Andalusia, and the regulatory bases for the granting of aid under a non-competitive competition regime to these professional organizations within the framework of the Program for Spain of the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund 2021-2027. The PPYC will be presented by the OPP and, optionally, for approval before the General Directorate of Fisheries, Aquaculture and Blue Economy, together with the request for aid for the preparation and execution of the PPYC, within the period provided for in this call. The PPYC may be annual or multi-annual and will be prepared following the instructions published on the website of the Ministry responsible for fishing, aquaculture and the blue economy. 2. Likewise, aid is called for the consolidation of OPPs recognized in the scope of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia for the 2023, 2024 and 2026 campaigns. 3. Financing, aid intensity and applicable regime. 1. The aid regulated in this order is co-financed by the European Union, through the European Maritime Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund, and by the Administration of the Government of Andalusia, 70% and 30%, respectively. 2. As a general rule, the intensity of public aid will be 75% for both lines of aid. However, in accordance with the provisions of article 2 ter of Royal Decree 956/2017, of November 3, in the case of aid to the PPYC there are actions within each measure that may qualify for an aid intensity greater than 75%, in accordance with the following rules: a) Those measures that do not refer to: 1. Training measures, except those that comply with the provisions of point c) of the present section. 2nd Holding of seminars and dissemination days. 3.º Works that give rise to or affect real estate. 4. Installation of investments that do not incorporate an innovative component. 5. Promotion and communication actions to society. 6. Fishing management plans, except those that comply with the provisions of point c) of this section. 7. Legal assistance work for members of the OPP. 8th Embarkation of observers. And that in addition to meeting the collective beneficiary requirements and being of collective interest, they meet one of the following criteria, in accordance with the provisions of the selection criteria of the FEMPA Program for Spain: 1. Innovative characteristics: measures that involve the introduction of a new or significantly improved product, service or process, which includes, but is not limited to, production, marketing or new processes or methods of organizing business practices, among others, with the aim of helping to solve challenges in the sectors of the fisheries and aquaculture in pursuing the objectives of the CMO and the CFP. 2nd Guarantee
