The purpose of this Resolution is to publish the credits available, in the financial year 2025, to meet the economic obligations that arise from the granting of the aid provided for in Decree 45/2024, of August 27, which regulates the direct granting of subsidies within the framework of the Talent Acquisition Program, modified by Decree 43/2025, of June 17. The aid lines, their purpose and eligible activities are established in articles 8, 11, 16, 22 and 25 of Decree 45/2024, of August 27, and article 19 of Decree 43/2025, of June 17. The eligible period will include the actions carried out from October 1, 2024, to September 30, 2025. Second. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases for this aid are established in Decree 45/2024, of August 27, which regulates the direct granting of subsidies within the framework of the Talent Acquisition Program, modified by Decree 43/2025, of June 17. Third. Financing and amount of subsidies The amount of credit available for Line 1 is 157,920 euros for the year 2025. The individual amount is that established in article 13 of Decree 43/2025, of June 17. The amount of credit available for Line 2 is 60,000 euros for the year 2025 and 15,000.00 euros for the year 2026. The individual amount is that established in article 20 of Decree 43/2025, of June 17. The amount of credit available for Line 3 is 76,800 euros for the year 2025. The individual amount is that established in article 26 of Decree 45/2024. Room. Deadline and form of submission of applications. The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day following the publication of this resolution and its extract in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha and will end on October 30, 2025. Regarding the form of presentation, it will be as established in section 2 of the fourth resolution of this resolution.
