Official description of the call

FIRST.- OBJECT AND SCOPE.- The purpose of these rules is to regulate the regime and procedure applicable for the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime, promoted by the Delegation of Festivals and Traditions of the Córdoba City Council, in favor of associations, entities and non-profit citizen groups, that set up a booth at the Our Lady of Health Fair 2025 with the purpose of supporting the assembly of the Fair booth. The specific objectives of this call are: Promote the continuity of the Fair Casetas facilities by associations and groups of the city. Contribute to the improvement of the infrastructure of the Fair Booths. Promote the incorporation of new Booths to the Fairgrounds. Expenses executed between April 14 and June 15, 2025, related to the installation, assembly and disassembly of tents (structures and covers), the installation of public toilets in the booths, the installation of air conditioners, the installation, assembly and disassembly of floors and the installation or assembly of the enclosure of the facades of the booths of the Feria de Ntra. Sra. de la Salud 2025 will be eligible for subsidies, in accordance with the conditions established in the regulatory bases. SECOND.- BENEFICIARY ENTITIES 1.- All those associations, groups and non-profit entities that have installed Fair Booths during the celebration of the Nuestra Señora de la Salud 2025 Fair may be beneficiaries of this call for subsidies, the award of which was made by Decree number 2025/5291 dated March 28 and subsequent rectification by Decree. 2025/05320 of April 3, in which the requirements established in this call are met, and must comply in all cases with the provisions of the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Córdoba City Council and the provisions of Art. 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies Law. 2.- Entities that meet any of the following circumstances will not be able to obtain the status of beneficiary of the subsidies: Those that are in any of the exclusion cases for obtaining public aid referred to in article thirteen, sections a), b), c), d), f) and h) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Those who are not up to date with compliance with tax and Social Security obligations, as provided for in articles eighteen and nineteen of the Subsidies Regulation, approved by Royal Decree 887/2006 of July twenty-first. Those who are not up to date with the payment of obligations for reimbursement of subsidies under the terms of article twenty-one of the aforementioned Regulation. Those for which the subsidies previously granted have not been justified, provided that the period for justifying said subsidies has ended. Those that have been warned on more than two occasions by the Córdoba City Council for non-compliance with any of the requirements established in the Regulatory Bases for the 2025 Fair Booths, or with the specific regulations applicable to the booths (public safety, hygiene, accessibility, etc.) and have not corrected the non-compliance during the event. Those that have obtained financing through an agreement with any administration, sponsorship or/and collaborations with private entities for the same concept. Those that belong to political parties, unions, public institutions, banking or business entities. The so-called “Caseta Joven” or restaurant exclusives. Those located on Guadalquivir Street with a permanent structure. Those whose award was made by Decree No. 2025/06116 of April 30, through the new deadline for submitting applications for the installation of booths, approved by Agreement No. 397/25 of JGL. From March 31. THIRD.- REGULATORY BASES.- General framework that regulates the call for subsidies for associations, entities and groups for the installation and assembly of booths at the Our Lady of Health Fair 2025. The aforementioned bases can be consulted on the Electronic Notice Board and on the Córdoba City Council Website. FOURTH.- BUDGETARY CREDIT.- The amount intended to subsidize the expenses for the installation and assembly of Fair Booths through this call is €45,500.00, charged to the following
