Official description of the call
1-. First. Beneficiaries. 1.- The beneficiaries will be the Municipalities of the Region of Murcia with less than 20,000 inhabitants and with Healthy Urban Itineraries that prove to have been created and to be in operation on the date of publication of this call. 2.- To obtain the status of beneficiary of the aid, they must assume the commitment to comply with section VI of the Code of Conduct regarding subsidies and public aid of the Region of Murcia and the Code of Ethics of civil servants and senior officials in the management of funds of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, as well as carry out the MINERVA analysis and sign the Declarations of Conflict of Interest (DACI). Second. Object. Call, under a competitive competition regime, through the emergency procedure, financial aid to City Councils of the Region of Murcia with less than 20,000 inhabitants to improve and adapt the signage of the Healthy Urban Itineraries, and promote their use with the implementation, in turn, of dissemination training activities to encourage participation in UAEFs programs and the organization of public physical activity events, which take place in the healthy circuit itself. Third. Regulatory Bases. Order of regulatory bases and call, under a competitive competition regime, through the emergency procedure, to City Councils of the Region of Murcia, for the promotion of physical activity and health in depopulated areas (RED PAFER), within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. Room. Amount. The subsidies regulated in the Order will have a maximum estimated endowment of SIXTY-FIVE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SEVEN EUROS AND SIXTY-SIX EURO CENTS (€65,207.66). The granting of subsidies will be conditional on the approval of a minimum of two beneficiaries, otherwise no subsidy will be granted. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 days from the day following the day on which the publication of this Sixth Extract takes place. Execution period and justification. The deadline to execute the actions and justify compliance with the imposed conditions and the achievement of the planned objectives will end on November 14, 2025 without, in any case, there being the possibility of extension.
