Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. People who have a recognized dependency and/or disability situation, who meet the following requirements: - Be registered in the Ribeira Council. - That the per capita income of the cohabitation unit of which the applicant is a part does not exceed 125% of the IPREM established for the year 2025, including extraordinary payments. When the family unit is made up of two members, this limit will rise to 150% of the IPREM, and when it is made up of a single member, up to 175% of the IPREM. In the case of applicants for aid for the acquisition of dental prostheses and hearing aids, these percentages will be reduced respectively to 100%, 125% and 150%. Second. Object. The purpose of this order is to establish the regulatory bases for the public call for the granting of individual aid on a competitive basis, of a non-periodic nature, for people in a situation of dependency and/or disability, registered in the Concello de Ribeira. The aid is aimed at guaranteeing the performance of daily living activities and maximum integration, improving their well-being and promoting their mobility, communication and participation in the social and economic life of their environment. In the current municipal budget there is adequate and sufficient credit to meet the expense derived from this call, charged to the following applications, and for the amount indicated, financed by the Provincial Council of A Coruña, through the POS for social expenses: Budget application: 231A 48003 Credit: €21,600 Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline to submit applications is two months, from the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province.
