SUBSIDIES TO PROMOTE, DYNAMIC AND FACILITATE THE ACTIONS OF NEIGHBOR ASSOCIATIONS THROUGH THE FINANCING OF ACTIVITIES OF NEIGHBORHOOD, SOCIOCULTURAL AND COMMUNITY INTEREST.

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. Neighborhood entities that meet the following requirements have the status of beneficiary entities: 1. Be legally constituted. 2. Be non-profit entities. 3. Have registered office in Cerdanyola del Vallès. 4. Be registered in the Municipal Registry of entities with a minimum age of one year before the end of the application submission period for each call, as well as have updated data. 5. Have presence and social base in Cerdanyola del Vallès. 6. Be up to date with your tax and Social Security obligations. 7. That the respective statutory purposes are related to the object of the subsidy call. 8. Not be included in any of the prohibition cases provided for in the LGS or other regulations. 9. Comply with the provisions of article 13.5 of Organic Law 1/1996, of January 15, on the Legal Protection of Minors, with regard to the requirements for access and exercise of professions, trades and activities that involve regular contact with minors, in the event that the activity for which a subsidy is requested is of this nature. Second. Purpose. The purpose of this call is to promote, energize and facilitate the actions of neighborhood associations through the co-financing of planned or already carried out activities of neighborhood, sociocultural and community interest, with the purpose of community revitalization, the promotion of citizen participation, social cohesion and the promotion of people in the respective neighborhoods of the city. Each neighborhood entity may submit a single subsidy application, referring to an activity or program of related activities, which at the time of submitting the application have been carried out during the year 2025 or are planned to be carried out during the aforementioned year. Third. Regulatory bases. Specific bases approved by the Local Government Board on October 6, 2021, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona on October 21, 2021. Fourth. Amount. The maximum amount allocated to these subsidies is €13,200 and will be linked to item 10503 1050 33700 48900 of the municipal corporation's budget for the year 2025. Fifth. Application submission deadline. Ten business days, between September 8, 2025 and September 22, 2025, both included.
