Official description of the call
Article 1. Object and purpose - The purpose of this call is to regulate the granting of subsidies to cover expenses for activities or teaching materials for associations of parents of students in nursery schools, primary, secondary and special education centers, public and subsidized in Cabra and elementary music conservatory in Cabra for the 2025/2026 School Year. The financial amount will be attributed to the budget application 3231-48200 of the Municipal budget that amounts to €7,000. The payment of the subsidy will be made in a single payment at the time of granting the subsidy. Article 2. -Beneficiaries Associations of Parents of Nursery School Students, Nursery, Primary, Secondary and Special Education Schools, public and subsidized in Cabra, as well as the Elementary Conservatory of Music in Cabra. Article 3. - Applications and documentation - The application, which must conform to the model attached to this call, which will be signed by whoever holds the legal representation of the Association or sufficient power to do so. In any case, reliable documentation proving such representation or power of attorney must be accompanied. Article 4. - Place and deadline for submitting applications. Applications must be submitted electronically through the Electronic Headquarters of the Cabra City Council addressed to the Mayor-President. The deadline for submitting applications will be the one set from the day following its publication in the B.O.P. from Córdoba until October 31. Article 5. -Concession Criteria and Procedure-.The granting of subsidies regulated in this call will be granted in accordance with objective criteria established in the Regulatory Bases published in the B.O.P. of Córdoba No. 165 dated 08-30-2021. Article 6. – Justification - The justification of the subsidy will be carried out before October 1, 2026, before the granting body by presenting the simplified supporting account of the entire project, presenting the invoices and their proof of payment or other documents of evidentiary value admitted in commercial traffic.
