and in the electronic headquarters of the Granollers City Council (http://seuelectronica.granollers.cat): First.- Beneficiaries The communities of owners that are legally constituted may be beneficiaries of the subsidies. Not be subject to any of the prohibition cases to be a beneficiary of subsidies in accordance with article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies. Applicants must be up to date with the payment of taxes and/or any other municipal financial obligation with the Granollers City Council and up to date with tax and social security obligations. Furthermore, in the 2025 call, the beneficiaries of the same subsidies corresponding to the 2024 call will not be able to submit the application. Requirements of the buildings subject to the actions The properties will be existing and located in the municipality of Granollers, which meet the following minimum conditions, according to information contained in the cadastre: - That at least 50% of the constructed surface above ground level has residential use. - They will have to be properties with a building typology of a minimum of a ground floor plus two floors. - It must be stated that there are a minimum of 4 homes. They will have to comply with current urban planning legislation and not have urban planning discipline files in process, with the exception of Line 2 where they have to execute execution orders for the conservation and maintenance of facades and party walls in residential buildings. The actions for which these subsidies are requested must have the required administrative authorization or municipal license before starting the works, or have submitted the corresponding communication, and must comply with current urban planning legislation. In the case of Line 2, the actions included in the execution orders may be executed. That the actions have the agreement of the community of owners, in accordance with article 553-25 of Law 5/2006, of May 10, of the fifth book of the Civil Code of Catalonia, relating to real rights. Constructive, typological and formal solutions must be used that are consistent with the architectural characteristics of the building and its surroundings. Second.- Purpose The subsidy is for actions in multi-family residential buildings located in Granollers, for effective adaptation actions in terms of accessibility and rehabilitation interventions for common elements that respect serious pathologies. Third.- Regulatory Bases The Local Government Board, on May 7, 2024, approved the "Regulatory Bases for the granting of subsidies to improve accessibility and to rehabilitate serious pathologies in the common elements of multi-family housing buildings." The text of these Regulatory Bases was published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona on May 15, 2024. The Bases can be consulted on the electronic headquarters of the Granollers City Council - subsidies section. Fourth.- Amount The maximum amount of the subsidy will be determined by the lowest value resulting from the application of the table established below. In any case, the amount of the subsidy may not exceed the cost of the action, including the receipt of other subsidies. Line 1. The eligible amount is 50% of the eligible cost. The maximum limit: 3,000.00 euros per home, with a maximum of 30,000.00 euros per building. Line 2. The eligible amount is 50% of the eligible cost. The maximum limit: 1,000.00 euros per home. The maximum total amount of this subsidy program is 230,000.00 euros, which will be allocated to the budget application L3101/15220/78002. These subsidies are granted by the Granollers City Council, who will assume the payment. In addition to the maximum total amount within the available credits, a maximum additional amount of 50,000.00 euros may be available under the budgetary application for the granting of subsidies without requiring a new call, in the event that the amount of the budgetary credit available is increased as a result of a generation, an extension or an incorporation of credit, in accordance with that established in article 58 of Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21
