Official description of the call
First.- Object and purpose The purpose of these bases is to establish procedures and criteria for the granting of non-periodic financial aid in accordance with the principles of objectivity, equality, competition and publicity and which are those contemplated in sections b) and g) of POS + ADDITIONAL 1/2025: Expansion and provision of municipal funds intended for emergency aid to coexistence units at risk of social exclusion according to the Law 10/2013, of November 27, of Social Inclusion of Galicia, when there is an absence or serious deficit of economic resources that does not ensure the coverage of basic needs, such as housing and expenses for its maintenance, food, education, medical and pharmaceutical expenses, transportation, and those considered by municipal social services. Creation or expansion of services for respite and family conciliation to coexistence units that lack the financial means to ensure coverage of these needs, assessed by the technical team of the municipal Social Services. The purpose of this aid is to provide an urgent response to specific situations of need, derived from specific expenses related to basic needs and other situations, aimed at alleviating the economic and social impact in terms of social services. Second.- Beneficiaries The aid is intended for those people integrated into a coexistence unit whose resources are insufficient to meet specific expenses, of an ordinary or extraordinary nature, necessary to foresee, avoid or alleviate situations of social exclusion. To define a coexistence, housing or accommodation unit, it will be provided in article 11 of Law 10/2013, of November 27, on social inclusion of Galicia. Those people who meet the requirements established in base 5 of this call may be beneficiaries of this aid. The recipients of the requested aid will be those who are part of the same cohabitation unit that holds it. Third.- Regulatory bases. The regulatory bases of this call are published on the Boiro City Council website, www.boiro.gal, on the transparency portal. Fourth.- Type of aid and amount The amount intended to meet the requests for this aid amounts to the amount of 22,168.46 euros, in accordance with the following: - LINE 1, section b): Expansion and provision of municipal funds intended for emergency aid to coexistence units at risk of social exclusion according to Law 10/2013, of November 27, on Social Inclusion of Galicia, when there is a absence or serious deficit of economic resources that does not ensure coverage of basic needs, such as housing and expenses for its maintenance, food, education, medical and pharmaceutical expenses, transportation, and those considered by municipal social services. Amount: €10,000.00 - LINE 2, section g):-Creation or expansion of services for respite and family conciliation to coexistence units that lack the financial means to ensure coverage of these needs, assessed by the technical team of the municipal Social Services. Amount: €12,168.46 Several requests may be made within the same family unit as long as the sum of the concepts per family unit, including the municipal social emergency fund, does not exceed the limit of the amount of aid established for each line. Fifth.- Documentation The request will be made in the form (Annex I) that will be available to interested persons in the Department of Social Services of the City Council, and will be presented in the General Municipal Registry. • Annex I. Request for help • DNI, passport or documentation proving identity. • Registration form for the family unit, without prejudice to other alternatives that prove cohabitation (cohabitation certificate) • Extract of bank transactions from all current accounts of the cohabitation unit, for the last twelve months. • If it is not possible to document the economic income of the family unit, an affidavit of this fact must be presented as well as the monthly income of the family unit. • Copy of the IBI, rental contract or copy of the invoice/receipt in the case of res
