Official description of the call
call for the granting of scholarships to support the creation of Balaguer 2025, from the Municipal Institute of Progress and Culture, with the determination of the following credit: a) ECONOMIC ALLOWMENT: 10,000.00 euros. The maximum subsidy amount per proposal is 1,000.00 euros. b) EVALUATION REQUIREMENTS AND CRITERIA: * Degree of innovation and/or research of the project: up to 2 points * Consideration of gender and intercultural perspectives in the content of the project: up to 1 point * Artistic and cultural interest of the project (uniqueness of the proposal, artistic quality, originality of the planning, potential for fostering new audiences...): up to 2 points * Degree of relationship with other artistic areas: up to 1.25 points * Perspectives of access and circulation of the result of the project (creative commons, public dissemination, accessibility of the proposal, such as subtitles, braille...): up to 1 point * Relationship of the object of the project with the city of Balaguer and region: up to 1.5 points * Degree of sustainability of the project presented: up to 1.25 points The maximum score that can be awarded to each project presented will be 10 points. c) DOCUMENTATION - Document 1: Application form duly completed and signed. - Document 2: Explanation of the project: it must have a maximum length of 10 pages (a page will be understood as the face of a sheet with a space between lines of 1.5, with Arial font and font size 12, which includes): • Title • Description of the project • General and specific objectives • Work methodology: phases and development and, if applicable, other cultural agents involved • Work calendar - Document 3: resume of the natural person or summary of the professional career of the legal entity applicant or, in the case of groups, all its members. d) DEADLINE: The deadline for submitting applications will be one calendar month starting from the day following publication in the BOP. e) MEMBERS OF THE JURY: President: President of the Municipal Institute of Progress and Culture Member: Councilor for culture and tourism Member: Technical staff of the municipal dance school Member: Technical staff of the Noguera museum Member: Culture technician Member: Technical staff of the Communication area Member: Technical staff of the Municipal Library Member: Technical staff of the municipal music school Member: Youth Technician Secretariat: Administrative staff of the City Council or IMPIC
