BDNS: XXXX In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans) and in this BOJA: First. Call. The granting of subsidies under the Order of July 10, 2025, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies under a non-competitive competition regime for the development of foreign trade and the internationalization of SMEs in Andalusia, by the Business Agency for Transformation and Economic Development (TRADE), is called for the years 2025 and 2026. Second. Object 1. The purpose of the call is to grant subsidies under a non-competitive competition regime for actions for the development of foreign trade and the internationalization of SMEs in Andalusia. 2. The information associated with the procedure for these subsidies is available with the procedure code 2/CEHFE/25859, within the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, in the following link of the Catalog of Procedures and Services of the General Electronic Headquarters of the Administration of the Government of Andalusia: https://juntadeandalucia.es/servicios/sede/tramites/procedimientos/detalle/25859.html Third. Beneficiaries Those persons or entities that have the status of SME may be beneficiaries, in accordance with the criteria established in Annex I of Regulation (EU) no. 651/2014 of the Commission, of June 17, 2014, as well as business associations, made up mostly of SMEs, in both cases with operational establishments in Andalusia and that comply with the requirements and conditions established in section 3.1 and in section 4.a) of the summary table of the regulatory bases of the Order of July 10, 2025. Fourth. Regulatory bases. Order of July 10, 2025, approving the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies under a non-competitive competition regime, for the development of foreign trade and the internationalization of SMEs in Andalusia, by the Business Agency for Economic Transformation and Development (TRADE), (BOJA no. 135, of July 16) Fifth. Budget and Financing. 1. In accordance with the provisions of the Sole Additional Provision of the Regulatory Order, budgetary credit is allocated for the financing of the aid corresponding to this call in the amount of 11,500,000 euros charged to the budget of the Business Agency for Transformation and Economic Development (TRADE). 2. The subsidies will be 85% co-financed by the European Union, within the ERDF Program 2021-2027 in measure A411CD21EB, which corresponds to type of action D. Support for the internationalization of the Andalusian economy and attracting foreign investments 021. Business development and internationalization of SMEs, including productive investments. 3. Application of the simplified cost system for the justification of certain eligible expenses 1. Pursuant to the provisions of section 25.f) of the summary table of the subsidy line, and so that it is taken into account by the applicants, the criteria for justifying the eligible expenses indicated below will apply to the projects provided for in this subsidy: simplified procedures provided for in Annex III of this call. b) The rest of the eligible expenses included in section 5.b.1 of the summary table will be justified by the system of actual costs actually incurred. 2. Applicants must take these points into account when formulating the list of costs for their application. Seventh.
