BDNS: 734852 - 734853 - 734854 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans) and herein BOJA. First. Call. 1. For the years 2024 to 2026, the granting of line 1 subsidies regulated in the Order of June 29, 2023 is called, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies under a non-competitive competition regime for the promotion of self-employment in Andalusia, aimed at self-employed or self-employed people who meet the requirements demanded in the regulatory bases. 2. The purpose of subsidy line 1, in accordance with article 1.2.a) of the Order of June 29, 2023, is to finance the Social Security contribution contributions accrued by self-employed or self-employed persons, included in the Special Social Security Regime for Self-Employed or Self-Employed Workers or, in the first contribution group of the Special Social Security Regime for Sea Workers, who have been covered by the reduction provided for in sections 1 and 2 of article 38 ter of Law 20/2007, of July 11, of the Statute of self-employment and the bonus provided for in article 38 bis of said Law, provided that they have completed the continuous period of duration in a status of registration as a self-employed or self-employed person provided for in article 6.1. of the Order of June 29, 2023 to be entitled to the granting of the subsidy. 3. Within line 1, the following measures will be eligible for subsidies: 1st Measure a): Subsidies to finance the reduced quota regulated in section 1 of article 38 ter of Law 20/2007, of July 11, starting from the effective date of registration in the Special Social Security Regime for self-employed or self-employed workers, or in the first contribution group of the Special Regime for Sea Workers. and for the following twelve full calendar months. 2. Measure b): Subsidies to finance the reduced quota regulated in section 1 of article 38 ter of Law 20/2007, of July 11, for self-employed or self-employed people who have a degree of disability equal to or greater than 33 percent, or are victims of gender violence or victims of terrorism, starting from the effective date of registration in the Special Social Security Regime for self-employed or self-employed workers, or in the first contribution group of the Special Regime for Sea Workers and for the following twenty-four full calendar months. 3. Measure c): Subsidies to finance the reduced quota regulated in section 2 of article 38 ter of Law 20/2007, of July 11, during the following twelve full calendar months from the end of the initial period of twelve months incentivized in measure a) above, with respect to those self-employed persons whose annual net economic returns, in the terms of article 308.1.c) of the consolidated text of the General Law of Social Security, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 8/2015, of October 30, are lower than the annual interprofessional minimum wage corresponding to that period. 4. Measure d): Subsidies to finance the bonus provided for in article 38 bis of Law 20/2007, of July 11, for self-employed workers included in the Special Social Security Regime for Self-Employed or Self-Employed Workers, or in the first contribution group of the Special Social Security Regime for Sea Workers who, having ceased their activity due to the birth of a son or daughter, adoption, keep with purposes of adoption, foster care and guardianship, return to carrying out a self-employed activity within the two years immediately following the effective date of termination, counting from the date of return to work and during the twenty-four months immediately following the date of said return.
