PURPOSE These subsidies are intended to collaborate with the sports entities of the municipality of Ponteceso in carrying out the annual sports activity program during the year 2025. 2. PURPOSE With these subsidies, the Ponteceso City Council intends to contribute to the promotion of sport and the associative fabric of Ponteceso. sporting nature and the enhancement of its role in sports development and the revitalization of the territory, as well as promoting access to sports for the citizens of Ponteceso by promoting the organization and carrying out of sports activities. The deadline for carrying out the activity is the year 2025. 3. APPLICANTS Legally constituted entities of an essentially sporting nature may apply for these subsidies, which are registered and active in the Ponteceso City Council at the time of submission of the application, provided that they also meet the following requirements: -That the scope of action is the municipal area and develop a sports activity program aimed mainly at the Ponteceso neighborhood and/or, failing that, according to the federation calendar corresponding. -Non-profit and the activities do not pursue a lucrative purpose. -That at the time of the application, they have their registered office in the municipality and the entity's data that appear in the registry of municipal associations are updated. - Not having to justify any subsidy or financial aid corresponding to previous years with the City Council. - No more than one application per entity will be accepted, so it will be considered that there is only one private legal entity when the partners or directors are common in more than 50 percent in two or more entities in the provisions established in the General Subsidy Law and in its implementing regulations, as well as those that could fit into the concept of group in the provisions established in the Commercial Code. Likewise, participation in this call excludes participation in any other competitive subsidy called by the Ponteceso City Council in the 2025 year. 4. ELIGIBLE ACTIONS, GRANT REGIME AND CRITERIA AND BUDGET 4.1. Eligible actions The aid may be allocated to the organization and implementation of the sports activity program between January 1 and November 28, 2025. The subsidies are compatible with others granted by other administrations or public or private entities. However, the sum of the amount of the aid received and the income obtained may not exceed the total cost of the program to be developed. All eligible projects must use the Galician language in carrying out the activities. 4.2. Granting regime The granting of subsidies will be carried out on a competitive basis, according to the assessment criteria indicated below. 4.3. Evaluation criteria for the sports activity program A. Sports entities organizing three or more modalities. (Minimum €100.00 and maximum €900.00) B. Other sports entities organizing or participating in two or fewer modalities. (Minimum €100.00 and maximum €700.00) A different sporting modality will be understood when belonging to different federations.
