Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: cultural and leisure associations that are non-profit and are duly constituted and registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations, at least one year in advance of the date of publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province. Second. Object. It is the carrying out of activities that promote culture: holding workshops and courses, informative talks, citizen technical assistance, attendance at Fairs and events, performing arts performances, organization of exhibitions, conferences, cultural trips, contests, board game championships, traditional games championships, film screenings, choir meetings, organization of concerts, folk dances... and leisure (video game tournaments, hiking, excursions to the mountains...). Third. Regulatory regulations. General Ordinance on Subsidies of the Arroyo de la Encomienda City Council, approved by Plenary Agreement dated February 24, 2021, published in the B.P of Valladolid No. 88, dated May 11, 2021. Fourth. Amount. Total amount: 17,000 euros Maximum amount per beneficiary: 6,000 euros. Fifth. Application submission deadline. 20 business days, counted from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province. Sixth. Other information of interest. Eligible expenses: Eligible expenses are office supplies, payroll and social security of personnel directly related to the activity, transportation expenses, advertising, insurance, uniforms, investment expenses and any other expense to be assessed that meets the purpose referred to in this call. No more than 5% of the subsidy awarded may be used for meals or formal services. Compatibility: yes. Requests: through the usual channels. Documentation: that provided for in article 6.3 of the call. Assessment criteria: those provided for in article 8 of the call. Payment method: Payment will be made by bank transfer to the account indicated in the application, once the subsidy has been granted and justified. Form of justification: By presenting the documentation provided for in art. 12.2 of the call. Maximum justification period: Until January 15, 2026.
