Official description of the call
First.- Objective To facilitate the employability and occupation of the student workers of the dual employment workshop “OBRADOIRO LUBIÁNS”, in the specialties of Assembly and installation of wooden constructions (MAMB0210) and Assembly of furniture and carpentry elements (MAMR0108) of the City Council of Carballo and the City Council of Coristanco. financed through the 2024 call for aid and subsidies for the dual employment workshops of the Department of Employment, Commerce and Emigration of the Xunta de Galicia. Second.- Beneficiaries The following entities may be beneficiaries of the hiring incentives: Employers and companies, whatever the legal form they adopt, including self-employed persons (self-employed workers), civil companies and communities of property, even if they lack legal personality. In the case of civil companies, communities of property and temporary joint ventures, the execution commitments assumed by each member of the group must be expressly stated, both in the application and in the granting resolution, as well as the amount of subsidy that will be applied to each of them, who will also be considered as beneficiaries. In any case, they must appoint a representative or sole representative of the group, with sufficient power to fulfill the obligations that, as beneficiary, correspond to the group. In the case of temporary business unions, each company that is part of that union must meet the requirements to access the aid. That they hire employees to provide services in work centers rooted in the territorial scope of the dual employment workshops directly related to the occupations or jobs linked to the two training specialties: ASSEMBLY OF FURNITURE AND CARPENTRY ELEMENTS (MAMR0108) ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION OF WOODEN CONSTRUCTIONS (MAMB0210) Third.- Budget Amount and Availability The maximum global amount for this call amounts to €15,000.00. There is adequate and sufficient credit in budget item 2412.47000.- Incentives for the Hiring of student workers from the dual employment workshop “OBRADOIRO LUBIÁNS”. Temporary hiring will be incentivized with a fixed subsidy of €1,500.00 for each worker registered with Social Security with a minimum full-time contract of 3 months, until the funds are exhausted. The maximum number of contracts to be incentivized under this call will be 10. Fourth.- Regulatory Bases The publication of the regulatory bases was carried out in the Official Gazette of the Province of A Coruña no. 163, dated August 28, 2025. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be ten (10) calendar days counted from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Coruña (BOP) through the BDNS. Sixth.- Form of submission of applications Aid applications will be submitted at the electronic headquarters of the Carballo City Council (https://sede.carballo.gal) or at the electronic headquarters of the Coristanco City Council (https://sede.coristanco.gal). All administrative procedures that interested entities must carry out during the processing of the procedures provided for in these bases must be carried out electronically. Seventh.- Formalization of hiring Temporary hiring that benefits from this call will have to be formalized, in general, within the fifteen days following the end of the dual employment workshop “OBRADOIRO LUBIÁNS”.
