Official description of the call
First.- Regulatory bases The specific bases for the granting of subsidies for the financing of the telecare service were initially approved by the Plenary Session of the Torrefarrera City Council in a session on November 10, 2020 and were definitively approved on January 8, 2021. Its full publication is found in the BOP of Lérida number 7, of 1. Second.- Purpose This call aims to regulate the procedure for granting subsidies, in Non-competitive competition regime, for the financing of the telecare service, to meet the expenses of this service, corresponding to the 2024 year. Third.- Amount The financial allocation of the call is €2,000 and will be charged to budget application 231/48008. Telecare subsidies, from the statement of expenses of the 2025 annuity budget. The maximum amount to be received will be 100% of the eligible expenses until the credit provided for in this call is exhausted. Fourth.- Beneficiaries The beneficiaries of this subsidy are the natural persons who own the telecare service of the El Segrià Regional Council who are registered in the municipality of Torrefarrera and have enjoyed the service during the year 2024. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day after the publication of this call in the BOP of Lleida and will end on October 10, 2025. Sixth.- Competent bodies for investigation and resolution Once the application and the accompanying documentation have been examined, the local Government Board will grant or deny the subsidy with reasons, within a maximum period of one month from its presentation. Seventh.- Other information a. Eligible expenses Expenses for the telecare service of the El Segrià Regional Council that have been assumed by the beneficiaries of the service during the year 2024 and that have not been subsidized will be eligible. b. Form and place of submission of applications Applications will be addressed in a standard instance to the Hon. MR. Mayor of the Torrefarrera City Council and may appear by any of the means allowed in current legislation. c. Documentation of the application To apply for the subsidy, a standard form provided for this purpose must be submitted, which will include the amount paid to the Regional Council of El Segrià, other aid received for this concept, a responsible declaration and bank details. d. Resolution and notification period The maximum period to resolve and notify the resolution will be one month from the submission of the application e. Payment The payment of the subsidy will be made by bank transfer to the account number provided by the applicant within a maximum period of one month from the concession agreement.
