Resolution xx xxxxxxxxxx 2025 that approves a call for the granting of multi-annual subsidies to agricultural associative entities for the improvement of agricultural holdings in the Principality of Asturias in the year 2025

Official description of the call

First.- Beneficiaries: Legally constituted Agrarian Cooperatives and Agrarian Transformation Societies (SAT) with tax domicile in the Principality of Asturias, which carry out an economic activity and provide services to the agricultural holdings of their members, and on which falls the financial burden of eligible actions or investments that meet the requirements established in the fifth and seventh regulatory bases, will be considered beneficiaries. Second.- Purpose: The purpose of this call is to grant aid aimed at associative entities for investments in agricultural holdings, including those productive and non-productive investments linked to contributing to the mitigation-adaptation to climate change, efficient use of natural resources and animal welfare included within the PEPAC 2023-2027 in its Interventions: ,,6841.1_ Aid for productive investments in agricultural holdings linked to contributing to the mitigation-adaptation to climate change and efficient use of natural resources. ,,6841.2_ Aid for investments in modernization and/or improvement of agricultural holdings The following material and intangible investments will be eligible for subsidies, provided that they contribute to responding to some of the objectives of the second regulatory base: a) Acquisition of machinery and equipment, including computer equipment and licenses for the use of computer programs. In this case, the equipment and computer programs must be intended for common use in the management between the agricultural associative entity and its associated agricultural holdings. b) Investments to improve energy and environmental efficiency, for the efficient management of water, soil and air, actions to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, including the implementation of the best available techniques (BAT) for the reduction of nitrogen, ammonium and/or methane in pigs, laying birds, meat birds and beef, as well as the improvement of animal welfare and biosecurity. c) General costs, linked to the previous sections, such as professional fees, projects and feasibility studies with a limit of 12% of the total eligible investment. Minimum amount of eligible expenses: €6,000 Third.-Regulatory bases: Resolution of May 15, 2025, of the Ministry of Rural Environment and Agrarian Policy, which approves the regulatory bases that will govern the granting of aid to agricultural associative entities for the improvement of agricultural holdings. (BOPA 103 of May 30, 2025) Fourth.- Amount: Total amount of the call: 300,000.00 euros, distributed as follows: year 2025: 100,000.00 euros and year 2026: 200,000.00 euros. The distribution by annuities and interventions is as follows: Intervention 6841.1 - Fiscal year 2025: €25,000 - Fiscal year 2026: €50,000 Intervention 6841.2 - Fiscal year 2025: €75,000 - Fiscal year 2026: €150,000 The distribution of the amounts is estimate and the excess amounts may be transferred between the requests for the 2 interventions. Due to the needs of the call, annual payments may be readjusted. An additional amount of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND euros (€100,000.00) may be allocated in the cases contemplated in art. 58 of RD.887/2006, according to the following distribution: - Fiscal year 2025: €50,000 - Fiscal year 2026 €50,000 Subsidy intensity: Intervention 6841.1: 35-45% of eligible expenses according to the assessment of the application. Intervention 6841.2: 30-40% of eligible expenses according to the assessment of the application. No applicant will be able to obtain more than 25?% of the total amount assigned in the call for the corresponding intervention. If this percentage is exceeded, the aid for all eligible projects requested by said beneficiary will be reduced, until said limit is not exceeded. This limit will only apply in the event that there is a competitive competition resulting in eligible projects remaining without aid. In the event that the application of this limit means that there are funds left uncommitted for the intervention, the aid intensity of the projects corresponding to those applicants who have seen their aid reduced by the application of the 25?% limit may be increased until the budget called for the intervention is exhausted or reaches
