Official description of the call
BDNS: In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index). First. Financing and amount of aid 1. The amount of budgetary credits available to meet the economic obligations derived from the direct granting, during the 2025 year, of aid to municipalities with a population equal to or less than 2,500 inhabitants, for the collection and transportation of domestic waste, is 1,132,062 euros. 2. The aforementioned obligations will be financed from subconcept 46309 "Local Corporations", program 456N "Circular Economy" of the Expenditure Budget of the Community of Madrid for the year 2025. Second. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day following the publication of this Order in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid, and will end on December 1, 2025, both inclusive. Third. Subsidy application. 1. The submission of applications will comply with the provisions of article 7 of the Agreement of November 11, 2020, which approves the regulatory rules for this aid. 2. The estimated annual cost of the collection and transportation service that must be the subject of the certification expressed in section 4.c) of said article 7, will be broken down by joint and/or attached municipality and by type of waste, in accordance with the summary table included in the third provision. The certification will make an express mention of the aid and any other income (sales of paper/cardboard, contributions from ECOEMBES, etc.), which are expected to be received on the date of submission of the aid application.
