ECONOMIC AID AIMED FOR THE RECOVERY OF EMPTY COMMERCIAL PREMISES DURING THE YEAR 2025

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database: https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans 1. BENEFICIARIES: This aid is aimed at the recovery of empty commercial premises during the year 2025 that, meeting the general requirements established in the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Palencia City Council, meet the conditions of these bases. These aids are structured in three modalities: ? Modality 1: Help for Occupation of the Showcase. Aid aimed at natural or legal persons who own empty commercial premises who wish to transfer their storefront to another business, professional or entity in the municipality that develops economic, cultural and business activities (excluding Public Administrations), for a minimum period of one year from the date of resolution of the concession. ? Modality 2: Incentive for Occupation of Empty Premises for the Development of an Activity. Aid intended for companies (natural or legal persons) that have started their business in an empty premises in the municipality of Palencia during the year 2025 and until the date of publication of this call. ? Modality 3: Incentive for Showcase Decoration. Aid for individuals or legal entities that own empty commercial premises to decorate the window with previously designed vinyl to embellish it with messages that promote the choice of that location to establish a business. 2. OBJECT: The object of these rules is the regulation of the call and granting, under a NON-competitive concurrence regime, of subsidies to be granted in the year 2025 to support the occupation of empty commercial premises on the ground floor 3. REGULATORY BASES: General Subsidies Ordinance of the Hon. Palencia City Council, published in the Official Gazette of the Province dated August 11, 2006. 4. AMOUNT: This call has a financial allocation of €10,000 charged to the municipal budget for the year 2025 in the budget item: 2025/1/43300/47905. 5. APPLICATIONS: Submission period: The application submission period will begin on the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province and will end on November 30, 2025 or when budget availability is exhausted. Place: Electronic Headquarters of the Palencia City Council (sede.aytopalencia.es) or in any of the authorized registries referred to in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015 of the LPACAP. 6.
