Official description of the call

BDNS (Identif.): _______ In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/index) and in the present BOJA. First. Call. The subsidies corresponding to line 9 regulated in the Order of October 5, 2020, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies in a non-competitive competition regime aimed at the reconciliation of personal, family and work life in Andalusia (hereinafter regulatory bases) are called for the year 2025, under a non-competitive competition regime: Line 9. Subsidies for carrying out activities related to the conciliation of personal, family and work life to companies with headquarters in Andalusia. Second. Regulatory bases. The application, granting and application of these subsidies will be governed by what is established in the regulatory bases, by this call and other applicable regulations. Third. Eligible concepts. Eligible activities and projects must be framed in the eligible concepts provided for in section 2.a) of the Summary Table of the line called (hereinafter Summary Table). Room. Entities that can apply for subsidies and requirements they must meet. Companies with headquarters in Andalusia that have a minimum of 10 hired workers may apply for the subsidies covered by this call. In the event of applying for the subsidy for eligible concept 2.a).b) (information, dissemination and awareness activities), in addition to the above, a maximum number of 49 hired workers is established. All of this in accordance with section 4.a).1º and the requirements established in section 4.a).2º of the regulatory bases. Fifth. Maximum amounts and period within which eligible expenses must have been incurred. 1. In accordance with section 5.a) of the Summary Table, the amount of the subsidy to be granted in this line may not exceed, in any case, for each project or activity, 100% of the approved budget, nor the maximum amount established in that section, which amounts to 6,000 euros per activity for carrying out recreational, cultural and sports activities and 2,000 euros per activity for carrying out information, dissemination and awareness activities. 2. The execution period of the activities must be from the date of submission of the application to the end date of the execution period established in the concession resolution, in accordance with section 5.d) of the Summary Table. Sixth. Budget credits. The granting of the subsidies will be made from the budgetary appropriations available in budget position G/31C/47001/00 01 of program 3.1.C. Safety, Health and Labor Relations, from the Ministry of Employment, Business and Self-Employment, for the amount detailed below: SUBSIDY LINE BUDGETARY ITEM ANNUALITY 2025 Line 9. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be ten business days from the day following the publication in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía of the extract of the call referred to in article 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Applications submitted outside the established deadline will not be admitted for processing. Eighth. Other data.
