Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of art. 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, the extract of the Call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database at the following link: https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/ge/es/convocatorias FIRST. PURPOSE: Scholarships are announced through the non-competitive competition procedure to help families in Fuenlabrada with sons or daughters enrolled in any Spanish Public University, for the 2025/2026 school year. SECOND: BENEFICIARIES: Requirements to be met throughout the procedure: 1.- Be registered in Fuenlabrada, both the parents and the university sons and daughters who appear in the application, as of September 1, 2025 and continue to be registered until the completion of the process in the municipality. 2nd. The Student must be enrolled in a minimum of 30 credits during the 2025/2026 school year at any public university (privately owned centers attached to a public university, nor centers not considered as public universities, are not valid). 3rd. Students whose universities accept course enrollment for periods shorter than the full course (terms, quarters, semesters, etc.) will make the UNIVERSIAYUDAS application with the data in their possession within the ordinary period thereof and will complement the accreditation documentation for the minimum of 30 credits after the approval of provisional lists or when required. 4th. The income of the computable family unit may not exceed €47,494.00. 5th. The eligible members of the family unit must be up to date with their tax obligations to the Fuenlabrada City Council. THIRD. REGULATORY BASES: The Subsidies Regulatory Ordinance of the Fuenlabrada City Council is published in the BOCM of March 11, 2005, as well as on the municipal website. ROOM. AMOUNT: Fuenlabrada City Council will allocate a total financial contribution of €600,000.00 for this purpose, charged to the 2026 budget year, application 6051-326-48911. FIFTH. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS AND PLACE OF SUBMISSION: The deadline for submission of applications corresponds to the following detail: 1.- From October 6 to 19, 2025, both inclusive, the Universiayudas application must be completed on the municipal website www.ayto-fuenlabrada.es. 2.- From October 6 to 20, 2025, requests made through the Fuenlabrada City Council website must be validated in advance. The registration methods will be: 1. Telematic Registration through the municipal Electronic Headquarters. 2. In-person registration in the Specific Auxiliary Registry provided for this purpose at the Fernando Martín Sports Center, located on Hungary Street, from Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., by appointment. 3. In-person registration at the General Registry of the Fuenlabrada City Council, or at the District Boards, at the times established in each of them, by appointment. SIXTH. The distribution will be made based on the points assigned in accordance with the criteria established in the Rules. Payment will be made once the final list of admitted and excluded is approved by transfer to the applicant's bank account.
