Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries All institutions, associations, foundations, companies or any other private or public entities, regardless of their legal form, that organize business meetings, congresses, conventions, seminars, travel incentives and any other event organized for professional reasons related to meeting tourism, in the territorial area of Castilla-La Mancha, in person, may be beneficiaries of the subsidies regulated in this resolution. Likewise, communities of property or any other type of economic unit or separate assets that, although lacking legal personality, provide the services and activities listed in article 1 of Order 177/2021, of November 18, may access the status of beneficiaries. Second. Objective 1. The purpose of this Resolution is to call, by 2026, the granting of subsidies within the framework of the "MICE" Program. 2. Through these grants, the aim is to promote and encourage the Autonomous Community of Castilla-La Mancha, as a tourist destination for the organization of business meetings, congresses, conventions, seminars, travel incentives and other meeting tourism events organized for professional reasons, which take place, in person, in the territory of Castilla-La Mancha. Third. Regulatory bases Order 177/2021 of November 18, of the Ministry of Economy, Business and Employment, which establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies for the organization of tourism for meetings and other events within the framework of the MICE Program, modified by Order 33/2024 of February 27, 2024 of the Ministry of Economy, Business and Employment Fourth. Financing and amount of subsidies 1. The maximum amount of the credit allocated to the financing of this call amounts to 500,000 euros, charged to the expenditure budget of the Ministry of Economy, Business and Employment for the 2025-2026 year. 2. The maximum amount to be subsidized will be 10,000 euros for each event indicated in article 1, depending on the number of in-person participants: a) Up to 50 in-person participants: 2,000 euros. b) From 51 to 100: 4,000 euros. c) From 101 to 300: 6,000 euros. d) From 301 to 500: 8,000 euros. e) From 501 onwards: 10,000 euros. 3. The maximum total amount to be subsidized for all events organized by each beneficiary entity will be 28,000 euros, taking as reference the amounts granted in the corresponding granting resolutions. Fifth. Deadline and form of submission of applications. The deadline for submitting applications will be from the day following the publication of this resolution and its extract in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha until September 30, 2026, and will be addressed to the head of the General Directorate of Tourism, Commerce and Crafts. Applications will only be submitted electronically with an electronic signature, through the form included in the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha (https://www.jccm.es).
