Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, and in article 16.q) of Law 6/2011, of March 23, of Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.infosubvenciones.gob.es) and in this DOE. First. Object. Aid for the management of animal by-products not intended for human consumption (SANDACH), linked to collective big game hunting actions carried out in preserves owned by a Local Society of Hunters in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, by the year 2026. Second. Beneficiary entities. Beneficiary entities may be those preserves whose owner is a Local Society of Hunters (defined in article 2 of the Order of August 1, 2022), that organize collective big game hunting actions in the territory of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, and that proceed therein to the elimination of SANDACH, in accordance with current regulations. Third. Regulatory bases. Order of August 1, 2022, establishing the regulatory bases for aid for the management of animal by-products not intended for human consumption (SANDACH), linked to collective big game hunting actions carried out in preserves whose owner is a Local Society of Hunters in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura (DOE no. 152 of August 8). This aid is granted under the provisions of Commission Regulation (EU) No. 1408/2013, of December 18, 2013, relating to the application of articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aid in the agricultural sector, modified by Commission Regulation (EU) 2024/3118 of December 10, 2013. 2024 (OJEU, Series L of December 13, 2024), and must meet the requirements of said standard. Room. Amount. 1. The aid to be granted in this call will be charged to the budget application 120020000 G/341A/48000 CAG0000001 project 20160155, with an initial available budget allocation to cover the payment of the aid of thirty thousand euros (€30,000.00) which will be charged to the Community budgets. Autonomous Community of Extremadura for the year 2026. In any case, the call is subject to the condition precedent of the existence of adequate and sufficient credit in the Budgets for the year 2026. 2. The aid will be 50% of the eligible expenses established in the tenth resolution of the call resolution. The total aid granted may not exceed the maximum amount of 400 euros per beneficiary entity and call. 3. In no case will the total amount of de minimis aid granted by a Member State to a single company exceed €50,000.00 during any three-year period, in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) No 1408/2013 of 18 December 2013 on the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to aid de minimis in the agricultural sector, Article 3(2), as amended by Commission Regulation (EU) 2024/3118 of 10 December 2024, which constitutes the latest amendment to Regulation (EU) No 1408/2013. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications for the 2025/2026 hunting season will be 15 business days from the day following the end of the business period for big game established by regulation, starting the deadline, therefore, on February 16, 2026. Sixth. Other data. The request for aid, signed by the person who holds the legal representation of the applicant entity, will be in accordance with the standardized model that appears in the Annex to the call resolution and will be submitted, obligatorily, through the General Electronic Registry of the Electronic Headquarters, https://sede.gobex.es/SEDE/registroGeneral/registroGeneral.jsf, as well as in the remaining electronic records of any of the subjects that make up the public sector referred to in article 2.1 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
