Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. 1. The following may attend this call: - UCLM students enrolled in the Law Degree - including the Double Degrees that include it, who are studying on the Cuenca, Albacete or Ciudad Real Campuses, during the 2025-2026 academic year. 2. The student will have to meet the following requirements: - Have passed the subjects of Civil Law I and II. -Have formally registered for the Conference “Legal Security: The electronic document and emerging technologies” prior to the publication of this call. - Not be subject to the prohibitions for obtaining the status of beneficiary of article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. The beneficiary must be up to date with their legal, tax and Social Security obligations. Second. Object. Financial funds are provided for the aid(s) to enable the transfer and accommodation to the City of Toledo of four students interested in attending the Conference “Legal Security: The electronic document and emerging technologies” on October 9 and 10, 2025. Eligible expenses for attendance at the conference “Legal Security: The electronic document and emerging technologies” are: travel, accommodation and subsistence during attendance at the conferences. conferences (October 9 and 10, 2025). Third. Regulatory bases. Regulatory bases that form part of the full text of the call. Room. Amount of aid. The budget for this call amounts to 480 euros. The amount of aid may not exceed the total justified expenses, establishing a maximum limit of €120 per applicant for expenses; If the justified amount is less than said limit, the aid will be equal to the justified expense. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will remain open from the date of signing the call until October 27, 2025. Sixth. Other data. Along with the application, the following documentation must be submitted: - Justification for registration in the conferences. - Certificate of attendance. - Proof of accommodation and maintenance payments made. - Proof of having passed the Civil I and II subjects of the Law Degree at UCLM. - Sworn declaration that the sum of aid or subsidies from other UCLM bodies or any other public administration or private body does not exceed the cost of the subsidized activity; as well as being up to date with the Tax Agency and Social Security.
