Official description of the call
“First.- Beneficiaries: Those parents, adopters or foster parents of children, holders of the family book in which their birth or adoption is registered or the foster families of the minor, for a duration of more than 12 months, who meet the requirements established in the third Base of the Regulatory Bases, published on the transparency portal of the Bétera City Council https://betera.sedelectronica.es/info.0, may acquire the status of beneficiary. Second.- Object and purpose: The purpose of these rules of the call is to establish the procedure that will govern the granting of subsidies under the competitive “BABY CHECK” regime. The strategic objective is to contribute to the costs of birth, legal adoption or fostering of a child of the families, for purchases made in local businesses, also favoring the promotion and revitalization of local local commerce. Third.- Concession regime: Under a concession regime. competitive concurrence. Fourth.- Requirements to request the subsidy and documentation to be provided: Included in the third and fourth Base of the Regulatory Bases, published on the transparency portal of the Bétera City Council https://betera.sedelectronica.es/info.0. Fifth.- Assessment criteria: Those included in Base 6.2 of the Regulatory Bases, published on the transparency portal of the Bétera City Council. https://betera.sedelectronica.es/info.0. Sixth.- Regulatory bases: Approved by Resolution of the Mayor's Office together with this call and published on the transparency portal of the Bétera City Council https://betera.sedelectronica.es/info.0. Seventh.- Amount: The maximum amount of the budgetary credit for this call is €30,000. They will be financed from the budget application 2025-208-2310-48006 SS.SS: BABY CHECK As indicated in Base 2 of the Regulatory Bases published on the transparency portal of the Bétera City Council https://betera.sedelectronica.es/info.0, the determination of the amount of each aid will be determined based on the number of applications submitted that meet the requirements set out in the Base. Third, a distribution of the credit (€30,000) is made among these applications, the resulting amount being the amount of the individual subsidy to be granted to each applicant, which in no case may exceed €250.00. Eighth.- Bodies competent for the investigation: Subsidy management area that corresponds to the Administrative Services of the Social Rights Area. Ninth.- Collegiate body that evaluates the applications: Members of the Commission, as provided in. Base 6.1 of the Regulatory Bases, published on the transparency portal of the Bétera City Council https://betera.sedelectronica.es/info.0. Tenth.- Body that grants the subsidy: The Mayor's Office-Presidency of the Corporation. Eleventh.- Deadline for submission of applications: During the fifteen business days following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia. Twelfth.- Deadline for resolution and means. of notification or publication: The resolution period will be the one legally established. The publication of the resolution will replace the notification, having the same effects in the terms established in article 45 of Law 39/2015 of October 1 of the Common administrative procedure of Public Administrations, which will contain the beneficiaries and those denied or destined, where applicable, and the reason for denial, and will be displayed to the public on the City Council's notice board and published on the City Council's transparency portal. Thirteenth.- Resources: The Resolution by which this subsidy is granted puts an end to the administrative route, and an appeal for reconsideration may be filed optionally, prior to the contentious-administrative, within a period of one month from the day following the date of its notification, or challenged directly before the Contentious-Administrative Chamber of the Valencian Community in the period of two months, counted from the day following the date of its notification, without prejudice to the use of any other period deemed appropriate.
