Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database. First. Object. The purpose of these bases is to regulate the procedure and requirements for the direct granting of financial aid for social services aimed at individuals or family units, residents in the municipality of Alfarb, with the purpose of addressing all those situations of urgent need derived, directly or indirectly, from the floods that occurred on October 29 as a consequence of the rain and wind storm produced by the DANA that began in the Valencian Community and to contribute to avoiding the aggravation or deterioration of people's situations of vulnerability. physical or cohabitation units due to this circumstance. Second. Beneficiaries. Those natural persons, of legal age, residents in the municipality of Alfarb who, having been directly or indirectly affected by the consequences of the DANA, meet the following requirements may be beneficiaries of the aid:1. That the applicant (at the level of a family unit or cohabitation) does not have sufficient resources or income to face the emergency situation and justify the need. It will be understood that the family or cohabitation unit to which the applicant belongs does not have sufficient resources or income to face the emergency situation in any case when it does not exceed the following amounts: o €10,500 per capita (current IPREM in annual calculation with 14 payments) for family units of 3 or more members. o €14,700 per capita (1.25 times the current IPREM in annual calculation with 14 payments) for family units with 2 members. or €16,800 per capita (1.5 times the current IPREM in annual calculation with 14 payments) for family units with a single member. For the purposes of the provisions of this requirement, the following will be understood as a family or cohabitation unit: the same domicile, provided that they are united to the applicant by marriage or a similar relationship to the conjugal one or by kinship ties up to the third degree of consanguinity, affinity or adoption. coexistence or collective registration issued by the City Council. d) Effective residence will be accredited through registration. It will be necessary for the applicant to be registered in the municipality of Alfarb before October 29, 2025. e) No one may be part of two family or cohabitation units at the same time. f) The total gross income from each and every one of its members will be considered income of the family or cohabitation unit. For these purposes, all income from salaries, rents, properties, bank interest and pensions or aid granted by public or private institutions, and any other income received by any member of the cohabitation unit, will be counted. In this regard, other aid or subsidies received as a result of the DANA being affected will not be taken into account except those referred to in point 3.g). In the event that in the same home there are more than two cohabitation units, it must be accredited by means of a responsible declaration and verification by the technical team through a home visit, as well as any other proof mechanism that can prove said circumstance, and there cannot be a relationship.2. That the applicant's family or cohabitation unit has not been a beneficiary of the municipal aid granted under the donation from the Amancio Ortega Foundation for those affected by the DANA storm of October 29, 2024.3.
