Official description of the call
First. Purpose The purpose of this call is to stimulate the generation of new self-employed jobs, through the creation and consolidation of companies and the promotion of self-employment as an alternative to employed employment through the granting of aid intended to subsidize current expenses for Social Security, rent, electricity, water, telephone, advice, etc. Second. Amount The budget allocation for the aid regulated in these bases will be the responsibility of Budget Application 2410.470.01 of Employment Promotion Subsidies-Entrepreneurs Line, of the current Budget consigned for this purpose by the Almussafes City Council. The maximum overall amount that may be allocated for this aid for this call will be €30,000.00, without prejudice to the amount being increased, following corresponding budget modifications, distributed in the following annual installments: 1. Registration as a self-employed person carried out between November 1, 2023 and the date of publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province (BOP): €15,000.00. 2. Registration as a self-employed person carried out from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province (BOP) and October 30, 2026: €15,000.00. Third. Bases of the call The call for Municipal Aid to Entrepreneurs 2025, approved by Mayor's Resolution No. 2630 on October 21, 2025, will be published in the National Subsidies Database, on the Edict Board of the City Council's electronic headquarters and on its website https://wp.me/PanQjS-1gP Fourth. Beneficiary Persons Unemployed persons who become self-employed persons by registering in the Special Regime for Self-Employed Persons, equivalent or assimilated, may be beneficiaries of the “Municipal Aid to Entrepreneurial Persons” of this call, between November 1, 2023 and October 30, 2026, provided that on the date of submission of the application and the Resolution of concession the activity is maintained, they continue to be registered and the requirements established in the bases are met. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The application will be submitted through the electronic headquarters of the Almussafes City Council or by any of the means established in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. The deadline for submitting applications will begin from the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province until October 30, 2026 according to the "SIXTH BASE. Deadline, submission of applications and documentation that must accompany the application", taking into account the different eligible periods established in Base 6.1.1 and 6.1.2 of the regulatory bases.
