First. Call. 1. Beneficiaries. The beneficiaries of this aid may be persons or entities listed below: 1) Aid for investments on board fishing vessels, with a base port in Andalusia, for the promotion of energy efficiency and the mitigation of climate change, provided that there is no increase in the vessel's gross tonnage: natural persons, legal entities, as well as communities of property or civil societies that meet the following requirements: a) That are owners of the fishing vessel for which aid is requested or that is the shipowner. of said vessel, in the latter case provided that there is an agreement between the owner and the shipowner in which the shipowner is granted the right to make investments in the fishing vessel. b) That they are the owners of the auxiliary vessel associated with the trap for which the aid is requested and provided that the trap has administrative authorization and has carried out the activity in the campaigns in the two calendar years prior to the date of submission of the aid application.
