In accordance with the provisions of art. 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the Call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database: https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/ge/es/convocatorias FIRST: Purpose: Regulate the procedure through a call for competition non-competitive to access training scholarships intended for participants in the training itineraries that the CIFE is developing within the Éfeso ¿ Fuenlabrada project, with project number C001.OP031. The training itineraries are as follows: INSERTION ITINERARYE001 Administrative AssistantE002 Kitchen AssistantE003 Warehouse AssistantE004 Social and Health Care for People at HomeE005 Management of Telecare CallsE006 Cleaning of Surfaces and Furniture SECOND: Beneficiaries and requirements: Natural persons who participate in the programs may be eligible for assistance. insertion itineraries developed during the years 2025 and 2026 within the framework of the Éfeso ¿ Fuenlabrada project (project C001.OP031) and that meet the requirements described below: a) Economic situation: Lack, at the beginning of their participation in the insertion itinerary, income or income of any nature equal to or greater, on a monthly basis, than 75% of the Multiple Effects Public Income Indicator (IPREM), calculated at the individual level. The current monthly IPREM in each corresponding annuity published in the Official State Gazette will be taken as a reference, in accordance with art. 2.2.b of Royal Decree-Law 3/2004, of June 25.b) Condition of trained person: Having completed the training provided for in the corresponding insertion itinerary and having attended at least 75% of the teaching hours contemplated therein. c) The applicant must be up to date with the tax obligations with the Fuenlabrada City Council. This condition will be verified ex officio by the CIFE. No person who has not participated as a beneficiary in an insertion itinerary programmed in the Éfeso ¿ Fuenlabrada project (C001.OP031) may be a beneficiary of these scholarships. This information will be verified ex officio by the CIFE. Likewise, it may be presented in the general registry of the Fuenlabrada City Council or in any of its registries permitted by Law 39/2015 in article 16.4. - Documentation: Using a specific instance model provided by CIFE as part of the closing documentation for each itinerary, called "Training Scholarship Application", completed, signed and accompanied by:o Photocopy of the applicant's valid DNI on both sides.o Bank document or certificate of ownership of the indicated bank account, in the name of the applicant and accompanied by the signed THIRD PARTY form. o Income certificate issued by the Tax Agency (AEAT). FOURTH: Amount: The aid consists of a single payment by bank transfer to the current account whose ownership has been accredited by the applicant. Each aid will be for an amount of €13.45 per trained person per school day.
