Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. 1. The beneficiaries of the aid regulated in the Call Resolution will be private food industries with physical or legal personality, communities of property and other entities lacking legal personality, which meet the general and specific requirements established in the Resolution and on which the financial burden and final responsibility for the eligible investments and the performance of the activity for which the aid is granted falls. 2. The calculation of the effective and financial amounts will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Commission Recommendation 2003/361/EC, of May 6, 2003. 3. Persons or entities in whom any of the circumstances provided for in article 12, sections 2 and 3, of the Cantabria Law 10/2006, of July 17, from Cantabria Subsidies. The aforementioned aspects will be accredited by the applicants and beneficiaries of the aid through the presentation of the corresponding certificates and responsible declarations. 4. Aid will not be granted to companies in crisis, in accordance with the definition and conditions established in the Community guidelines on state aid for rescuing and restructuring non-financial companies in crisis. 5. Communities of property and other entities lacking legal personality will not be able to access the status of beneficiaries when any of the prohibitions established in the aforementioned article 12 of the Cantabria Law 10/2006, of July 17, on Cantabria Subsidies occurs in any of its members. Second. Object. Call, under a competitive competition regime, the second aid for investment projects in the transformation and marketing of agricultural products undertaken by the food industry and included in the Strategic Plan of the CAP of Cantabria 2023-2027. Third. Regulatory bases. Order DES/32/2023, of November 8, which establishes the regulatory bases for aid for investment projects in the transformation and marketing of agricultural products undertaken by the food industry and included in the CAP Strategic Plan 2023-2027 (BOC no. 218, of November 14, 2023), modified by Order DES/23/2025, of June 2 (BOC no. 109, June 9, 2025). Room. Amount. 1. The aid established in the call, planned with a maximum total financial allocation of 21,607,136 euros, will be financed in 2027, 2028 and 2029, and will be distributed as follows: a) Regarding the year 2027, 1,300,000 euros will be financed by the Autonomous Community of Cantabria from the budget application 05.05.413A.771, or equivalent, of the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria for the year 2027. b) With regard to the year 2028, 10,359,520 euros that will be financed as follows: - 2,464,000 euros, of which 1,059,520 euros (43%) will be financed by - 7,895,520 euros from the Community Autonomous Community of Cantabria charged to the budget application 05.05.413A.771, or equivalent, of the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria for the year 2028. c) Regarding the year 2029, 9,947,616 euros that will be financed as follows: - 1,506,084 euros, of which 647,616 euros (43%) will be financed by the European Union through the EAFRD and 858,468 euros (57%) will be financed by the Autonomous Community of Cantabria under budget application 05.05.413A.771, or equivalent, of the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria for the year 2029. - 8,441,532 euros from the Autonomous Community of Cantabria charged to budget application 05.05.413A.771, or equivalent, of the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria for the year 2028. Fifth. Application submission deadline.
