BDNS: XXXXXXX In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans) and in this Official Gazette of the Junta of Andalusia. First. Call. Call for the 2025 financial year, the granting of the subsidies regulated in the Order of September 30, 2025, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, on a non-competitive basis, to promote the labor insertion of young unemployed people at the local level, Activa-T Joven Program. Second. Legal Regime. This call will be governed by the provisions therein, in the Order of September 30, 2025 (hereinafter the regulatory bases), as well as by the rest of the regulations that are applicable at the time the call begins to produce its effects. Third. Object. In accordance with the provisions of article 1.1 of the regulatory bases, these subsidies aim to promote job placement at the local level and improve the employability of young unemployed people who are between 18 and 29 years of age, inclusive, who are registered as unemployed job seekers in the Andalusian Employment Service and are beneficiaries of the National Youth Guarantee System, through their participation in projects of general interest promoted by city councils and autonomous local entities of Andalusia. Room. Beneficiary local entities. 1. In accordance with article 4 of the regulatory bases, local councils and autonomous local entities of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia may be beneficiaries of the planned subsidies. 2. In any case, the local entities requesting the subsidies called by this resolution must comply with the requirements established in article 5 of the regulatory bases, with the exceptions indicated therein. Fifth. Eligible concept and amount of the subsidy. 1. In accordance with the provisions of article 6 of the regulatory bases, the subsidies are intended to encourage the hiring of unemployed young people, between the ages of 18 and 29, inclusive, who are beneficiaries of the National Youth Guarantee System, by city councils and local autonomous entities. 2. The requirements indicated in the previous section must be met on the date of the candidacy search mechanism by the corresponding employment offices, as well as the day before the start of the employment relationship. 3. The amount of the subsidy is established by Social Security contribution groups for each of the people to be hired, being the following: a) Contribution group 1: 16,000 euros per person hired. b) Contribution group 2: 14,000 euros per person hired. c) Contribution group 3: 12,000 euros per person hired. d) Contribution groups 4 to 10: 10,900 euros per person hired. These amounts will be increased by 1,000 euros when the occupation of the hired person is included in those included in Annexes I or II of the regulatory bases, on digital or green jobs respectively. Sixth. Financing and budget availability. 1. The subsidies will be granted in accordance with the existing budgetary availability from the allocations intended for employment promotion actions of the General Directorate of Incentives for Employment and Business Competitiveness, within the scope of the Ministry of Employment, Business and Self-Employment, and with a maximum amount of eighty-nine million eight hundred and sixty thousand four hundred and forty-five euros (€89,782,445). These aid will be financed from both the Regional Government of Andalusia's own funds and funds from the European Social Fund Plus Program (hereinafter, ESF+) for Andalusia 2021-2027. Regarding the ESF+, the objective is framed within Regulation (EU) 2021/1057 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of June 24, 2021, which establishes the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) and which repeals Regulation (EU) No. 1296/2013, which provides that it must promote low-income employment.
