Official description of the call
FIRST. - Beneficiaries. Only sports associations and entities based in Plasencia, which are legally constituted, or individual athletes registered in Plasencia who meet the following requirements may be beneficiaries of the subsidy: Having presented justification of expenses and report corresponding to the subsidy previously received from the Hon. Plasencia City Council in a timely manner. Be up to date in compliance with tax and Social Security obligations, imposed by current provisions. NOT be subject to any of the circumstances referred to in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. In the case of sports entities, in addition to the previous requirements, they must be registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations and duly federated. All applications must be submitted through the electronic office of the Plasencia City Council. In the case of individual athletes, in addition to meeting the other requirements, they must be federated in the sport they compete in, registered in Plasencia, and those athletes who in the 2025 season are among the top 3 classified in their sporting discipline at a national or international level may be beneficiaries. SECOND. - Object. The purpose of this call and regulatory bases is the granting, through competitive competition, of subsidies to support the activities carried out by sports associations and entities based in Plasencia, as well as athletes of individual disciplines who participate in national and international scoring competitions and who are registered in Plasencia. THIRD. - Regulatory Bases. The Regulatory Bases will be published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Cáceres and on the website of the Plasencia City Council. ROOM. - Amount. The total amount of the subsidies to be granted will not exceed €150,000 in total, charged to budget item 2025 0108 341 485.01 of the Budget for the year 2025. FIFTH. - Application submission deadline. The documents that must accompany the applications must conform to the models provided in the corresponding annexes that are incorporated into these Rules, and which are available to interested parties in the Information Department of the City Council. All documentation must be registered through the electronic headquarters of the Hon. Plasencia City Council, within a period of fifteen business days from the day following the publication by the National Subsidies Database of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Cáceres and addressed to the Ilmo.
