Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiaries Natural persons of legal age or legally emancipated, under 35 years of age during the calendar year of the call, who have legal residence in Spain and who meet the requirements established in point 4 of the call, may apply for these aid. Second.- Purpose The purpose of the call is the granting of financial aid for the expenses borne by young people who live in a rental home in the municipality of Ontinyent. Third.- Regulatory bases The Ordinance regulating the bases that must govern the granting of housing rental aid to young people in the municipality of Ontinyent was approved by the Plenary Session of the Ontinyent City Council in an ordinary session held on July 29, 2021, and modified in the Plenary Session of January 27, 2022 and in the Plenary Session of July 24, 2025 (final publication of the modification and the Consolidated Text in BOP No. 184 of 09/25/2025). Fourth.- Financing The aid provided for in this call will be financed from budget application number 15000 23100 4800 of the 2025 municipal Budget, which is endowed with an amount of 18,000.00 euros. Fifth.- Submission deadline The deadline for submitting applications will be 10 business days from the publication of the extract of the call in the BOP of the province of Valencia.
