Extract from resolution 2242/2025, of October 30, 2025, of the delegate councilor of the Urban Axenda, Tourism, Sports and Economic Promotion Area, which resolves to approve the specific bases that regulate subsidies for the parish and neighborhood festivals of the Excmo. council of As Pontes de García Rodríguez for the year 2025 First. – Beneficiaries. The Festival Commissions in parishes or neighborhoods of traditional character and proven continuity that meet the requirements established in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17 to be beneficiaries of subsidies may request and be beneficiaries of the aid called through these bases. Recognition of the Festival Commissions: The City Council recognizes the Festival Commission within its scope of action, and once recognized they are considered responsible agents in the organization of the festivals in their neighborhood and parish. The party committee must present a declaration stating the name and surname along with the ID of each of its members, and in which it will commit to organizing the corresponding party, and assumes the responsibilities derived from its organization. If the party is organized by a neighborhood association, it must be duly registered in the City Council's census of associations. The recognition of the Festival Commission does not exempt it from its duties to request occupation of public roads and other permits derived from current legislation. As well as being liable for damages and losses that may occur as a result of the characteristics of the establishment of the show or activity, as well as constituting guarantees and arranging and maintaining in force the corresponding insurance contracts required by law. The intellectual and artistic property agencies (SGAE, DAMA...) must pay the corresponding expenses. Applicants must prove, at the time of formulating their application, their status as interested parties by delivering the documentation required in point 5 of the bases Second.- Purpose. The purpose of this call is to grant, under a competitive competition regime, financial aid to associations and entities constituted as such for holding parties in neighborhoods and parishes of the Los Puentes de García Rodríguez City Council in the year 2025 that are held on public roads with the participation and general enjoyment of the neighbors. Parties held in urbanizations or communities for their private enjoyment are excluded. Third.- Regulatory bases. The program will be governed by the specific regulatory bases, which were published in BOP number 213 of November 6, 2025, available at: https://bop.dacoruna.gal/bopportal/publicado/2025/11/06/2025_0000007211.pdf Fourth.- Amount. An amount of 32,500.00 will be allocated from budget application 2025.338.48904. Fifth. Evaluation criteria. The assessment criteria are those established in the seventh base of the Specific Regulatory Bases. Sixth.- Place and deadline for submitting applications. The application will have exclusively electronic format and must be submitted through the City Council's electronic headquarters: https://sede.aspontes.com/es/index.html. Only one application can be submitted per owner (if more are submitted, only the first one will be evaluated). The period will be ten days from the day following the publication of this extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province. Seventh.- Justification period. The period for justifying the subsidies will end on December 10, 2025, although before the end of the period, it may be extended at the request of the interested party or by reasoned proposal of the managing unit. Eighth.-Compatibility with other aids. This subsidy is compatible with other aid, from public or private entities. In no case may the amount of the municipal subsidy be of such an amount that, in conjunction with other income, subsidies or aid, it exceeds the cost of the activity justified by the beneficiary.
