AID FOR PROMOTION OF ANIMAL PROTECTION-NON-PROFIT ENTITIES 2026

Official description of the call

BDNS (): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted at BDNS http://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/index First Beneficiaries Legally constituted non-profit entities whose main purpose is protection and defense of animals, which are in possession of the title of collaborating entity and which, if they have a shelter, are registered in the Registry of Pet Centers of the Community of Madrid in accordance with the provisions of article 17 of Law 4/2016, of July 22, on the Protection of Pet Animals of the Community of Madrid. Second Object The enhancement of current spending and investment in animal protection, in order to apply the measures contemplated in Law 4/2016 on the Protection of Pet Animals in the Community of Madrid. Third Regulatory bases Order 59/2023, of July 12, of the Ministry of Environment, Agriculture and Interior, which establishes the regulatory bases for certain aid intended to promote the protection of pets in the Community of Madrid. Fourth Amount of aid These aids are announced on a competitive basis. The final amount of the aid will be conditional on the existing budgetary availability and the possible proration that corresponds based on article 10 of Order 59/2023, of July 12, which approves the regulatory bases for certain aid intended to promote the protection of pets in the Community of Madrid. The amount of the subsidy will be up to 70 percent of the total current expenditure and approved investment of the reception center. The value added tax (VAT) will not be eligible, except when it is not recoverable. Fifth Financing These aids are called under subconcepts 48099 and 78099 of program 411A of the General Budgets of the Community of Madrid for 2026 for the following amount: 1. The aid charged to budget position 78099 will be provided with a credit of 450,000 euros. 2. Aid charged to budget position 48099 will be provided with a credit of 450,000 euros. The realization of the expense is conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit at the time of acquisition of the commitment of the expense, since it is an early processing for the year 2026. Sixth Deadline for submission of applications Fifteen business days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the OFFICIAL BULLETIN OF THE COMMUNITY OF MADRID.
