Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiaries. Associations, clubs and non-profit entities of a sports nature, with their own legal personality, that meet the requirements established in this call may be beneficiaries of sports subsidies, among which are the following: Be legally constituted in accordance with Law 16/2018, of December 4, on physical activity and sports in Aragon. Have its registered office in La Puebla de Alfindén. Be registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations of La Puebla de Alfindén. Be registered in the corresponding Public Registry of the General Council of Aragon. That the purposes of the association are, mainly, the promotion of physical-sports practice, participation in sports competitions, development of physical-sports activities and similar. Be up to date with tax and Social Security obligations, and not have outstanding debts with the City Council of La Puebla de Alfindén. (It will be understood that they are up to date with the City Council, when they do not maintain the debts indicated above in the executive period, which will begin the day immediately following the end of the voluntary period). Not fall into the circumstances provided for in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies and prove compliance with article 9.b) of Law 5/2015, of March 25, of Aragon Subsidies. Second.- Objective and purpose. This call aims to promote and support sport and the development of sporting activities carried out by sports clubs and associations registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations and to contribute to their maintenance in the children's and youth sphere. The purpose of the subsidy will be to support non-profit associations, clubs and sports entities, domiciled in La Puebla de Alfindén, in the expenses they have incurred for the exercise of activities and those of an unquestionable nature for the maintenance of the associations, thus preventing them from disappearing. Third.- Eligible expenses. All activities aimed at children and young people that contribute to the sports development of the municipality, promoting, stimulating and favoring the citizen initiative whose execution has or would have taken place between September 1, 2024 and December 31, 2025, will be eligible for subsidies in this call, as well as the expenses incurred by said associations for the exercise of their general activity. Those activities corresponding to pre-season periods, which have not been previously financed in the previous year, will also be eligible for subsidies, which may have dates from July 1, 2024 to August 31, 2024. In accordance with article 8.1 of the General Subsidies Ordinance of the City Council of La Puebla de Alfindén, those expenses that are strictly necessary, undoubtedly respond to the nature, will be considered eligible. of the activity and are carried out prior to the end of the period scheduled for the execution of the subsidized project or activity. (See section 12 on rules to be taken into account in relation to expense receipts). To consider an eligible expense, it will be required that it has been effectively paid prior to the end of the justification period. (See section 12 on rules to take into account in relation to payment receipts). Those activities that meet any of the objectives established in the call will be subsidized. Fourth.- Regulatory bases. General Subsidies Ordinance of the City Council of La Puebla de Alfindén (BOPZ No. 236 dated October 14, 2021) and Mayor's Resolution 2025-1076 of November 13, which approves this call. Fifth.- Amount. The amount allocated to the granting of subsidies for carrying out the actions provided for in this call is 25,000 euros, charged to budget application 2025.3261.48002 "Children's sports associations", of the municipal budget for the year 2025, without any increase in said amount being planned. The granting of subsidies is conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit at the time of the granting resolution. Sixth.- Submission deadline
