Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the Call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhafp.gob.es/bdnstrans/index) First: Beneficiaries: They may submit to the Contest, creators of any nationality who meet the following requirements set out in the Regulatory Bases that can be consulted at: www.trescantos.es: Natural persons over 18 years of age with tax domicile in Spain. Legally constituted legal entities with registered office in Spain, whose corporate purpose is included within the purposes and scope of activities of the audiovisual sector, production, representation, exhibition, distribution or teaching and that hold ownership of the rights of exploitation, distribution or exhibition of the work or represent the natural person who owns the rights thereof. Second: Object: the dissemination and promotion of new authors in the audiovisual creation sector, with the purpose of becoming a reference in this field and with the purpose of stimulating and recognizing creativity as a form of cultural expression, while promoting the film industry. Third: Regulatory Bases: Approved by decree of certification dated November 14, 2025, Resolution No. 5721/2025. Available on the municipal website. https://web.trescantos.es/ Fourth: Amount: charged to the credit that for this purpose has been approved in the municipal Budgets for the year 2025 of the Tres Cantos City Council, in item 2001-334-481 for a total amount of €11,200.00. Fifth: The deadline: The application for registration in the Contest may be submitted from the day following the publication of these rules, until January 11, 2026.
