Official description of the call

BDNS (id): 870028 First. Beneficiaries. The father, mother, or legal representative of the young person who participates in an eligible activity or minors who may be emancipated from the age of 16 may be beneficiaries of this subsidy, and only one of these four people may be the beneficiary. Both the participant in the activity and the beneficiary of the subsidy must be registered in Cantabria at least twelve months prior to the date of publication of the extract of the call. Under no circumstances may those who find themselves in any of the circumstances detailed in article 12, sections 2 and 3, of the Cantabria Law 10/2006, of July 17, on Subsidies, acquire the status of beneficiary. Second. Object. The purpose of this Resolution is to call for subsidies, on a competitive basis, to encourage the participation of young people from Cantabria in volunteer camps and camps. These subsidies are intended exclusively to co-finance the expenses related to the participation fee in camps or volunteer camps by young people who, at the time of carrying out the activity, were between 12 and 17 years old, both inclusive, and registered in Cantabria. The activity whose participation is subsidized may be held in Cantabria or outside Cantabria, and must have a minimum duration of 7 consecutive days, with a mandatory overnight stay at the activity facilities for a minimum of 6. In the case of young people with dependency or disabilities, the minimum duration of the activity will be 5 consecutive days without an overnight stay being required. Participation in summer camps or volunteer camps organized by the General Directorate of Youth, Development Cooperation and Volunteering will not be eligible. The receipt of this subsidy is compatible with any other subsidies, aid, income or resources for the same purpose, coming from any national Administration or public or private entity, from the European Union or from international organizations, without the total amount of aid received exceeding the cost of the subsidized activity, in accordance with the limitations established in article 18 of the Law of Cantabria 10/2006, of July 17. Third. Regulatory bases. This call is governed by the provisions of ORDER ISO/04/2025, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, on a competitive basis, aimed at promoting the participation of young people from Cantabria in camp programs and volunteer fields within and outside the autonomous community of Cantabria. (BOC no. 47, March 10, 2025). Room. Amount. The maximum global amount of this call is set at one hundred thousand euros (€100,000.00), which will be allocated to budget credit 2026.07.08.232A.481.05, or the corresponding one of the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria for the year 2026. The obligations derived from the spending commitment are subject to the suspensive condition of existence of credit adequate and sufficient in the corresponding exercise. By virtue of the provisions of article 3.1 of Order ISO/04/2025, of March 3, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, on a competitive basis, aimed at promoting the participation of young people from Cantabria in camp programs and volunteer camps inside and outside the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, the budgetary credit indicated in the previous point is allocated: To category A: young people with a recognized degree of dependency or with a recognized degree of disability of 33% or higher, the amount of thirty thousand euros (€30,000.00). To category B: young people without dependence or recognized disability, the amount of seventy thousand euros (€70,000.00). In the event that once all the requests have been attended to in one of the two categories of young people, there is a surplus, the credit allocated to the other category will be increased with said surplus. The maximum amount of the subsidy will be two hundred (200) euros per beneficiary, and may not exceed fifty percent of the total cost paid for the activity whose participation is subsidized. The priority of beneficiaries will be determined based on the date of presentation
