Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: 1.- All commercial establishments in the towns of Mercadal and Fornells can participate in the contest. 2.- Applicant businesses will have to meet the following requirements: · Decorate their establishments for the 2024 Christmas campaign · Not incur the requirements of article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies (LGS). · Not be subject to the causes of prohibition provided for in sections 5 and 6 of article 4 of Organic Law 1/2002, of March 22, regulating the Right of Association, as well as in article 30.4. of it. Second. Purpose: The purpose of these rules is to award prizes to commercial establishments that arrange their counters in a special way during the 2025 Christmas campaign. Third. Regulatory bases: The bases of the call and the General Ordinance regulating the granting of subsidies, initially approved by the Plenary Session of the Es Mercadal City Council on October 11, 2005 and the final approval and the full text published in BOIB no. 189, of December 17, 2005. Fourth. Amount: Financing and maximum amount of the call: The aid granted will be met from the budget application 70 4314 47900 of the 2025 General Budget, with a joint maximum amount of 3,000.00 euros. 1. This call includes the following prizes: Originality and eye-catching category · First prize: 1 prize of €600. · Second prizes: 2 prizes of €300 · Third prizes: 3 prizes of €100 Sustainability Category · First prize: 1 prize of €600. · Second prizes: 2 prizes of €300 · Third prizes: 3 prizes of €100 2. Prizes will be awarded according to the principles and criteria contained in article 6. Fifth. Application submission deadline: Until December 3, 2025.
