Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiaries The Neighborhood Councils of the Ponferrada City Council. Second.- Object The object of this call is the granting of subsidies on a competitive basis for operating and maintenance expenses of the Neighborhood Council itself. Third.- Regulatory Bases The General Subsidy Ordinance in the Ponferrada City Council, published in the BOP of León on 03/05/2005 Fourth.- Amount The maximum total amount allocated for this call is 21,000 euros. Fifth.- Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 calendar days from the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province. Sixth.- Other information The deadline for the presentation of the supporting documentation will be January 15, 2027. Once the period established for the justification has elapsed without it having been presented, the Department managing the subsidy will require the beneficiary to provide it within the non-extendable period of 15 business days. In the event that the beneficiary does not comply with this obligation, the right to collect the subsidy will be lost if it is pending payment, or a refund file will be opened for the advance portion, in accordance with the provisions of section Thirteen of the bases.
