Extract from the call: By Agreement of the Island Government Council, held in ordinary session on December 1, 2025, the “EARLY CALL FOR SUBSIDIES FOR THE PROMOTION OF LIVESTOCK ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT BY ASSOCIATIONS, COOPERATIVES AND OTHER NON-PROFIT ENTITIES FOR THE YEAR 2026” was approved. Against the aforementioned agreement, as established in article 123.1 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, an optional appeal for reconsideration may be filed before the Island Government Council, within a period of one month from the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Province of Las Palmas. Likewise, the aforementioned agreement may be directly challenged by filing a contentious-administrative appeal before the Contentious Administrative Court of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, within a period of two months from the day following said publication, in accordance with the provisions of article 46 of Law 29/1998, of July 13, regulating the Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction. Recipient: Beneficiaries of the subsidies regulated in this call may be associations of beekeepers, livestock health defense groups, associations for the breeding of native Canarian breeds, livestock drag clubs, cooperatives of livestock breeders, and other associations that hold livestock competitions. Purpose: The purpose of this call is to support all those actions promoted by associations and cooperatives of livestock farmers, as well as other non-profit entities in Gran Canaria that, being of interest to the sector, do not have financial support from other administrations. Regulatory Bases: General Ordinance of Subsidies of the Cabildo of Gran Canaria. Amount: 208,000.00 euros. Deadline for submitting applications: TWENTY (20) BUSINESS DAYS, counted from the day following the day on which the extract of this call is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Las Palmas.
