Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/xxxx First. Beneficiary entities Local entities and private non-profit Galician entities, owners of museums, museum collections or interpretation centers, registered in the General Registry of Museum Centers of Galicia that meet the requirements established in this order, will be eligible for this aid, excluding: a) Foundations or Boards of Trustees in whose governing body the Department of Culture, Language and Youth participates and contributes resources to finance its operation. b) Entities that own museums and museum centers receiving nominative subsidies for the same purpose, included in the budgets of the Autonomous Community of Galicia for the year 2026, in the expense items corresponding to the Ministry of Culture, Language and Youth. Second. Object and purpose The object of this order constitutes, on the one hand, the establishment of the regulatory bases for aid intended for museums and other museum centers that are part of the Galician System of Museum Centers for the performance of museum actions and activities that facilitate conservation, security, documentation, research, dissemination and, on the other, the call for aid for the year 2026 (procedure code CT110C) Third. Financing and amount of aid 1. The aid called for 2026 will have a total amount of two hundred thousand euros (€200,000.00) that will be allocated to the general budgets of the Autonomous Community of Galicia for the year 2026 in budget applications 13.03.432A.760.4 (€100,000.00) and 13.03.432A.781.2 (€100,000.00). 2. This aid is compatible with other aid and subsidies granted by other administrations or public or private entities, national or international, if the total amount received by the beneficiary does not exceed the maximum percentage of the investment. The processing of this order is done by advance processing of expenses and is conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit in the budgets of the Autonomous Community of Galicia for 2026. 3. This order is processed under article 25.1.a) of Decree 11/2009, of January 8, which approves the Regulation of Law 9/2007, of June 13, of subsidies from Galicia, as an anticipated expenditure file, with sufficient credit provided for in the draft budget of the Autonomous Community of Galicia for the year 2026. The granting of the subsidies is conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit in the General Budget Law of the Autonomous Community of Galicia for the year 2026, in accordance with the draft Budget Law for the year 2026, which was approved by the Council of the Xunta de Galicia on October 17, 2025, and under the provisions of the Order of the Department of Economy and Finance, of February 11, 1998, on advance processing of expenses, modified by the orders of the Department of Economy and Finance of November 27, 2000 and October 25, 2001. In accordance with the provisions of article 3.1 of the Order of the Ministry of Economy and Finance of February 11, 1998, advance processing may extend, at most, up to the moment prior to the provision or commitment of expenditure. Likewise, according to the provisions of article 5 of said order, all procedural acts issued in the development of this order are understood to be conditional on the fact that, once the General Budget Law of the Autonomous Community of Galicia for the year 2026 is approved, the same factual and legal circumstances existing at the time of its production subsist.
