Resolution 11/12/2025: call 2026 grants to Private Entities of Social Initiative

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiary entities. Private social initiative entities and public universities that meet the requirements established in Order 5/2022, of January 12, of the Ministry of Social Welfare, which establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies to entities for the development and maintenance of programs and services for the care of older people in Castilla-La Mancha, and in this call, may apply for this call for subsidies. Second. Object. This resolution aims to call for the year 2026, on a competitive basis, subsidies for private social initiative entities and public universities, for the development and maintenance of programs and services for the care of older people in Castilla-La Mancha. Third. Regulatory bases. Order 5/2022, of January 12, of the Ministry of Social Welfare, which establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies to entities for the development and maintenance of programs and services to care for the elderly in Castilla-La Mancha (D.O.C.M. no. 12, of January 19, 2022), modified by Order 49/2023, of March 14 (D.O.C.M. no. 54, of March 17, 2023). Room. Financing. 1. The subsidies object of this call will be financed from the 313D Program for Care of the Elderly of the General Budgets of the Board of Communities of Castilla-La Mancha for 2026, and within them, the programs referred to in base four.1.b) of Order 5/2022, of January 12, of the Ministry of Social Welfare, will be financed from the FSE+, within the framework of the FSE+ 2021-2027 Program of Castilla-La Mancha. The maximum estimated amount allocated to this call is 3,292,590.00 euros, which will be allocated to the budget applications listed below, and to the PEP element JCCM/0000026661, majors, 2026-places and EEPP 2 programs. The maximum amount individualized for each project will not exceed 2,000,000 euros. Fifth. Application, place and deadline for submission. 1. Applications will be addressed to the person in charge of the General Directorate of the Elderly of the Ministry of Social Welfare and must be submitted electronically with an electronic signature by the beneficiary entity using the model enabled for this purpose at the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha at the following address: http://www.jccm.es, which will be noted in the electronic record. The project form and the original documents that may be necessary for the granting of the subsidy will be digitized and presented as annexes through the aforementioned electronic office. 2. A single application will be submitted for each project to be financed and the requesting entities will not be required to submit documentation accompanying the electronic initiation application, except for the project form that will be available at the electronic headquarters. In the event that any of the entities submit more than one application for the same project within the deadline, only the last one submitted will be processed, and the rest will be annulled. 3. The deadline for submitting applications will be fifteen days, counting from the day following the publication of this call and its extract in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha.
