First. Beneficiaries The status of beneficiaries of the scholarship subsidy, for the purposes of this resolution, will be women victims of gender violence and their daughters and sons who are pursuing university studies aimed at obtaining an official degree or master's degree in Public Universities throughout the national territory, and who meet the requirements established in article 3.1 of Order 78/2019, of May 22, of the First Vice Presidency, by which they are approved. the regulatory bases of the Leonor Serrano Pablo scholarships for university studies for women victims of gender violence and their daughters and sons. Second. Purpose The purpose of this resolution is to call for subsidies, through the simplified competition procedure, intended to cover the costs of formalizing enrollment in university studies aimed at obtaining an official bachelor's or master's degree in Public Universities throughout the national territory. Third. Regulatory bases The subsidies referred to in this resolution will be governed, in addition to what is provided for in this resolution, by Order 78/2019, of May 22, of the First Vice Presidency, which approves the regulatory bases of the Leonor Serrano Pablo scholarships for university studies for women victims of gender violence and their daughters and sons (DOCM no. 103, of May 29); by the basic precepts established in Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies and in its implementing regulations, approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, as well as by the provisions of Legislative Decree 1/2002, of November 19, which approves the Consolidated Text of the Finance Law of Castilla-La Mancha, and its Development regulations, approved by Decree 21/2008, of February 5. Financing and amount of subsidies The maximum amount allocated for this call for subsidies is 5,000.00 euros, charged to budget item 70. 01.323B.48126 of the General Budgets of the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha for 2026, objective 0366, line 1118 of the Strategic Subsidies Plan 2024-2026. Fifth. Deadline and form for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be open throughout the year 2026 or until the credit is exhausted if earlier. The applications will be completed according to the model included in the Annex to this resolution, which will also be available on the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha (https://www.jccm.es), and will be addressed to the head of the Women's Institute of Castilla-La Mancha.
