In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, and in article 16.q) of Law 6/2011, of March 23, of Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, the extract of the referenced call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the Database National Subsidies (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/) and in the Official Gazette of Extremadura. First. Call. 1. The call for the granting of subsidies aimed at promoting mobility through regular public transport for general use by road travelers is approved for the year 2026 and which dictates the conditions for applying the subsidy of 100% of the ticket price. 2. As this is a call for early processing, the granting of subsidies will be subject to the condition precedent of the existence of adequate and sufficient credit, in the general budgets of the Autonomous Community, in the year in which the execution of the expenditure must begin, to meet the obligations generated as a consequence of their granting in the year 2026, as well as the provisions regarding the early processing of grant files in Rule 69 of the Order of December 17, 2020, which approves the Accounting Instruction for the Junta de Extremadura, and in the Resolution of July 27, 2021, of the General Intervention, which modifies the Accounting Instruction for the Junta de Extremadura, approved by Order of December 17, 2020 and approves the certificate models of the existence of adequate and sufficient credit in advance processing of expenses. Second. Object. Financing the mobility of beneficiaries through regular public transport services for general use by road travelers, as an activity of social interest, through the full bonus of the price of the ticket or transport ticket that users acquire on those trips that have their origin and destination in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, with the holders of the right to the subsidy must comply with the material and formal obligations established in the corresponding regulatory regulations, within the scope that the eligible expense acquires by virtue of section 3 of the fifteenth additional provision of Law 1/2024, of February 5, on the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura for the year 2024, with coverage of transport tickets that include round-trip services. The status of beneficiaries of the subsidy will be the natural persons who, by virtue of the administrative resolution of the concession, are holders of the “100% special subsidized transport card”, provided that they meet, in advance, the requirement of having their habitual residence in a municipality belonging to the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, regardless of their personal condition.
