In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8 a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.infosubvenciones.gob.es) and in this DOE: First. Call. Object. The public call for the granting of subsidies for the foster care of a minor through administrative or judicial means is approved as a measure aimed at their integration into a family nucleus, avoiding their institutionalization, for the year 2026, in accordance with the provisions of Decree 86/2012, of May 18, which establishes the regulatory bases for the subsidies to be granted by the Ministry of Health and Social Policy, in matters of social and family policy, article 2 letter of which h) establishes aid for family foster care. Second. Beneficiaries. Natural persons for whom foster care has been formalized administratively or judicially or an administrative proposal to formalize foster care of a minor of the Protection System of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura has been made judicially, under any of the modalities of this protection measure with the exception of custody for adoption purposes and who meet the requirements established in the Third section of the call resolution. Third. Regulatory bases On May 24, Decree 86/2012, of May 18, was published in the Official Gazette of Extremadura no. decree, these bases of application being in everything not expressly regulated or provided for in the call. Room. Financing and amount of the subsidy. 1. The total amount of the actions provided for in this call amounts to TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND EUROS (€200,000) attributable to the Management Center 110030000, Budget Application G/252A/48000 and Financing Program: 20130187 (Aid for foster care) of the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura for the year 2026. 2. The resolution of the call will be subject to the condition precedent of the existence of adequate and sufficient credit to finance the obligations derived from it in the year 2026, in accordance with the provisions of Rule 69 of the ORDER of December 17, 2020 approving the Accounting Instruction for the Government of Extremadura (D.O.E. no. 244, of December 21, 2020). 3. In accordance with the provisions of article 5.2 of Decree 86/2012, of May 18, the planned amount may be increased, depending on budgetary availability. However, in the cases in which the corresponding modifications are not made and the credit consigned in this call is exhausted, its validity period will be declared over by resolution of the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Health and Social Services and the corresponding announcement will be published in the Official Gazette of Extremadura and in the Subsidies Portal, with the consequent inadmissibility of the applications subsequently presented. 4. The monthly amount of this aid will be €391.07, per minor taken in for the year 2026. 5. Upon documentary accreditation, and provided there are budgetary availability, this monthly amount will be increased by 50%, when the minor taken in requires specific care and attention, professional or not, based on special needs, derived from the concurrence of any of the following circumstances: a) Minors of age 0 to 2 years. b) Groups of two or more siblings. c) Physical, mental or sensory disability. d) Generalized delay in development. e) Serious behavioral disorders. f) Serious and/or degenerative diseases. Fifth. Application submission deadline. Applications, once published simultaneously in the Official Gazette of the Autonomous Community, this resolution and its corresponding extract, may be submitted from January 1, 2026
